Godson has great sceals from China. There is a restaurant near the Martial Arts place he is and he goes there for dinner every day. Usually, there's chicken , beef, bacon, rabbit etc. One day he eas eating a meat he thought was very tasty and ate it all. Afternoon lads, I got back at 5.58 this morning, got about four hours sleep and I still feel drunk. So a great night all round!!

BTW, TBH, Sligoman, I eat two big meals a day. Breakfast and dinner and that's basically it.

Sometimes, rarely, I have a cuppa coffee at all hours of the morning if I can't get anywhere near to sleeping - but seldom as coffee is not conducive to sleeping.
