I've seen this thread on another forum and it's very popular. You can basically post whatever is on your mind in here (within forum rules) from things as simple as ``I'm hungry`` to the serious issues on your mind.
I'll start - I'm worried/nervous but need a good night's sleep tonight.... great combo

Im in a job dilemma. Worked for a printing company for the last 6 months, and they've let me go temporarily due to lack of work, but said they'll ring me as soon as they need me again. Found temping again in a new place in city centre and love it there. I don't want to go back to my old job but Im not under contract there. Any point handing my notice if i dont want to go back? Its been a month and they havent rang me and i havent rang them. hmm. also really fancy this new temp....

My girlfriend gets in from the US for a coupla weeks tomorrow. I'm wondering if I'd get away without changing the bedclothes? Maybe she'd do it for me when she arrives? :)
Goin having cheese, coleslaw & salami on soft white bread washed down with some tea for lunch today. Might follow it with a walnut Whip.

1. Leryn Franco (http://lh3.ggpht.com/_nejs1cBXmn0/RrjYJ20LySI/AAAAAAAABI4/_7stJsPUQDg/las+del+uni+023.jpg) would beat the pants off Alison Stokke.
2. I dream that one day I may get to watch that happening.

Of course she will , Think of it like the car door test in "A Bronx Tale" If she does it for you then she's worth keeping

Did it myself. Given that she's unaware that she'll probably be in Athlone for a game Saturday and that I'll be off playing indoors for a couple of hours myself Sunday it's the least I can do. :)

Home now, a quick bite, then meet up with a friend for the evening. It's the best kind of a friend too - the kind people say is a bad influence on me.

I was just looking at a nice tree bathed in sunlight, basking in all its grand majesty, leading me to think that we are but a cog in the continuously revolving wheel of biophysical life. That brought me to thinking that I have a gross dislike for those with an inflated sense of their own importance, so much so that I'd like to inflate their heads to the appropriate metaphorical size and watch on in delirious glee as the heads explode and locusts come a-swarming for dinner.

Wispy clouds float high in the stratosphere, illuminated by the radiance of a neighbourhood of incandescent stars. A couple of freewheeling days spent in Rome, Leryn (Franco) and I are aboard Serenity, lying on deck, enveloped in a comfortable silence, on our way from Ancona to Dubrovnik in time for the match in Montenegro tomorrow. Her hand in mine, mine in hers, we are bound. The placid sea laps gently alongside Serenity, soothingly so, even better than a Hall's I jest to Leryn as I moment of lucidity briefly truncates my dream-like state. Starboard, a shooting star speeds across the night sky, just like Duffer tomorrow. I am content. She is content. The world is in peaceful harmony.

I'm in a job dilemma. A job triangle. Have regular job I dont want to go back to as they're dodgily run. In temping job and applied for a few full-time jobs, and I applied for one that I didnt know was an old job. Surprisingly they want me back and made me an offer. Told temping job the situation and they've a vacancy I'm going to apply for and have a decent chance of getting. Weighing up all the risks, but it's a nice problem. :)

packing when you are moving from one part of the country to another part of the country is much, much easier than packing to leave a country completely. I'm doing the latter, and it is sickening.
That said, the late night shochu and ice is calming me down a bit.

You have my sympathy. I've always found moving incredibly stressful, even when it's only from one apartment to another one just around the corner. Even if you only live in a place for a short time personally I find you build attachments to it and it's quite a wrench to move on.
I can't imagine the stress of relocating from one country to another having settled there, I think it'd break me :(
Good luck with it!
For the 438th day in a row since giving up drink I am thinking of having a drink this evening.
But I won't because life is so :):):) without it.
As a follow up to my post above , I am now thinking of killing a cat
