Louis Walsh has received a letter stating: "For every week John and Edward stay on the X-Factor, a member of Boyzone will die."

Bumped for pineapple as he didn't have a clue what I was on about when I texted him saying he was on the telly. :D
I assumed you were drunk initially, but your words at least made sense.
I'm disturbed by the fact that dfx- thanked the original post though. What does he know????

That must have been hard on you. One particularly well known Longford based foot.ie member has a long standing habit of calling everybody by their log on name so he didn't do you any favours either a few years ago.
My first LOI motivational poster. Happy with that :)

I'd love to see the address book of his phone! Actually if somebody who didn't know anything about LOI or foot.ie saw it they'd be wondering what the **** was wrong with him. :)

* I think Monaghan may be the only place in the world where a 2-in-1 is called a half & half.
It's called half and half in Derry as well.
A 2-in-1 is just wrong.

Aw then maybe its a nordy thing and since most of Monaghan have their roots in the 6 counties we are fairly northern!

First time I ever heard it called a 2-in-1 was on a night out in Monaghan with some of our players and Keith Foy ordered it and we looked at him like he was nuts until he pointed to chips/rice/curry on the menu (which is technically a 3-in-1 I suppose!)
They count the curry sauce as 1 as well....which i fooking ridiculous!

Well done Holidaysong. Good luck with the interview.
Congratulations Sligoman - you sir are a Herald of Free Speech!
Does this count as the posting version of a half and half then? Or does this bit at the end make it count as a 3-in-1?

Whether he deserved to be called it or not, that is quality. Indeed, he should go and own it by choice - I'd imagine that he is known as it now on the CCFC forum anyway. There are a whole lot of worse nicknames out there.
This is not meant as a slight at Hoops fans - I would have enjoyed it if he were called a stripey c**t too, affecting many other teams - a great scan to the insult. Objectively speaking, I'd be impressed if landed at one of ours, were we wearing hoops. Probably only after the layer of righteous indignation cleared up.
