Just heard that a mate and ex Monaghan United barmaid died last night. Anyone who was here about 2 yrs ago would remember her, the lovely bubbly English girl. RIP Sadie. You were a mad woman and we miss ya.

Yeah the craic we had with her! I remember one trip to Letterkenny where we cried laughing most of the weekend. Coming home she was still drunk and lay down in the back of my car for a sleep. I went around a corner and heard a thump. She had rolled off the seat and hit the floor! God she was fun.

Thank you. :) It's not in Monaghan, though it would give me a head start on getting to away games. Because of the fact I graduate in a couple if weeks and would miss two weekdays of training, I have to wait until the end of next month when the next round of training starts to begin working there.

Gives me more time for Football Manager and foot.ie however. ;)

Not a fan myself, really is a horrible time of year.

Doesn't seem to be near as many bangers and fireworks this year, maybe they're saving them all for tomorrow. There is something kind of nice about the smell of bangers and bonfires in the air.

Was a great night here, some kids came out dressed up, club house was all pimped out spooky style, free sweets, popcorn, drinks, brack and little goody bags for the kids. Samba band all dressed up. Fireworks display in town could be seen throughout the game while we created our own (fire)crackers on the pitch. All in all a great night!
