The most common heart attack signs and symptoms are:

Chest discomfort or pain�uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain in the center of the chest that can be mild or strong. This discomfort or pain lasts more than a few minutes or goes away and comes back.
Upper body discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw, or stomach.
Shortness of breath may occur with or before chest discomfort.
Other signs include nausea (feeling sick to your stomach), vomiting, lightheadedness or fainting, or breaking out in a cold sweat

If these are the case, please get assistance immediately, even if they stop.
One symptom you forgot is extreme anxiety, often termed "A sense of impending doom". I know one lad who went to someone having a heart attack* and asked him "So, are you feeling a sense of impending doom?" He certainly was after that. (I also know someone who, in training, attached defib pads to a fully-conscious heart attack sufferer, telling him it'd save time further down the line)

* - It was only a pretend heart attack; it was in a first aid competition.

I think I'm after doing my knee in. It's pretty sore, don't want it could be though. Weird thing is that I was just standing up, leaning against a wall and it just got sore all of sudden without me even moving.

I think am gonna be sacked. Drew first game 1-1 and lost 2nd game 4-1. :eek:

We were missing 4 of our strongest players due to Gaelic football though and the other team were made up of some of our best players who left us coz they thought we werent going to have under 11's this year. Oh well.

Make them run laps for 2 hours in training this week, that will sort them out

The Under 8s I help with down this way won the first game 4-0 and the second with the Under 6s drew 3-3. Now top of the league after 4 games.

Its Hang Fung and that was my childhood home when we moved back from Canada! My dad owned a chipper there and we lived upstairs while the people who were renting our house finished building their house.

I love their half & half* with curry and onions. �4 and the best feed in town.

* I think Monaghan may be the only place in the world where a 2-in-1 is called a half & half.

First time I ever heard it called a 2-in-1 was on a night out in Monaghan with some of our players and Keith Foy ordered it and we looked at him like he was nuts until he pointed to chips/rice/curry on the menu (which is technically a 3-in-1 I suppose!)
