close, the Village. Phantom were hosting a launch party for the Beatles: Rock Band game, and she played a DJ set. Was standing next to the DJ box with my mates and (armed with about 3 hours of dutch courage) asked her. Result!

It appears that Celtic fans in Cork weren't interested in watching their team play live last night, which is a shame.

It's my first time drinking this, and I'm pleasantly surprised. Usually I either go for Bulmers or Malibu + whatever is around that will go with it. Not a fan of the black stuff though.. not usually a drinker actually, but the caffeine in the Bourbon and Cola has a nice effect.

If you want to mix stuff with coke, try dark rum. Very nice.

Bourbon and Cola is nice, so too is Jack Daniels.
Also, further to Schumi's post, I must recommend Morgan Spice to be that dark rum.
Any Navy rum though, like Lamb's, or Four Bells, Captain Morgan, all lovely. But the Morgan Spice has added something, can't think what the word is now...

think I fired off about 10 text messages in an hour to them to win it.
Good night actually, some local acts played the game, and the Classic Beatles did a short set, and then Michelle did a DJ set

Morgans, ordinary dark rum, Tia Maria, Malibu and JD are all delicious with a nice drop of diet coke. Cant stand the sugary residue from original coke so always like the diet one better.

Friend's house party last night, his playlist was a bit suspect. Is it wrong to assume something when the playlist is polluted with Scissor Sisters and Kate Nash tracks?

No it's not wrong, it's fairly obvious he has reallly terrible taste in music...................................come to think of it, he's probably gay as well.

Now I remember Pink was on the playlist as was Kylie..... But no Village People or Pet Shop Boys thankfully.
Celebrated a bit too hard last night! Was worth it though.:D

Are they still banging on about her? I'm finding the Irish newspaper obsession with cheesy PR photoshoots disturbing too. A launch for a new product or Euromillions promotions etc., let's get Glenda Gilson/Georgia Salpia/delete as appropriate....

Ummm not sure if making some one cry can be defined as having done something right.
Poor ould Patrick, was gutted bout that and Darren & Keith. Bad day. Could have been worse. If John Cusack died would be in a ball crying my eyes out for days. God I love John Cusack.

Thank god! :D
Had a sad experience this morning. Was at a petrol station and when came out of the shop and went to get into my car I saw a tiny little bird on the ground in the parking space next to my car. It moved a little but didnt fly away when I went near it so I thought it must be injured. I went over and was about to lift it (didnt want a car to kill it when it parked there) when it moved again slightly.....it wasnt alive however, it moved because 4 spiders were feasting on it and had moved it.
I felt so sick and was gutted coz it was such a cute tiny little thing. RIP birdy.
