"Trevor Jagger got into a fight a few weekends ago and has now been convicted for assault. The player will therefore spend some time behind bars."

The wife of one of my midfielders gave him a black eye coz he didn't pick the right dress for her!!! :confused: :eek:

A 6-0 win over Longford Town keeps our good form up. 4 wins out of 5, the one draw against the Fags...the fags have one win in five matches going into the semi final and we're 6 points ahead of them in the league - if ever there was a chance to beat them, this HAS be it :D

Just after beating Patsys Fags 4-1 in a friendly. They were at full strength and I had 2 key midfielders missing. I'll be in the Premier Liga in no time:D

Given lofty's lazy 11 being obstinate up at the top ( ;) ) and Bogland United being the only two defeats so far, I'd like to voice my displeasure at the obvious quality in the first Division..so I'd prefer if you'd stay down Dman.. ;) :p

I've decided to create another cup this season(after all, the EL has two cups too), this cup is the FAI Elite League cup. So in effect, this is the Mickey mouse cup*(League cup) and the one dfx won is the proper cup(F.A.I. Cup). The first round is the 31st July and the final is the 28th August so it's only short. Their is only one leg this time and games are played at neutral venues so their's no home advantage excuse for anyone;). This will mean we can still play two games a week now, til yer knocked out of course:). That ok with ye all?

*If I win this cup then ye are not allowed to call it that:D.

Every team needs a leader..every ship needs a captain, every plane needs a pilot - just *some* leaders are better than others, not naming anyone or pointing at anyone.. ;) :p

Considering our route to the final was based on getting results away to lofty and ollie...there's no excuses why we shouldn't go and be more successful. That was as hard as it gets and it also might get the league interesting because lofty's winning streak is now well and truely gone..in teresting to see the next few weeks :)

I have to start saving though - Breen, Ulster and Vaart are getting a bit stale, not many players around though

Nope, a good comfortable cup win this week..:cool:

And also relaxed given a few new midfielders and Coilean Ulster being wrongly cited in a paternity suit, so everything's well at the minute..:cool:

Oh and Sligo losing to lower league opposition again...specifically UCD;)

Well I want to get another Premier Liga opponent and seeing that you're flying high in the league and cup I'd be happy to draw you.;)

I wouldn't worry about the Fags- I beat them 4-1 in a friendly without 2 key midfielders.
