We deserved at least a point if not the win here....What do any of the balla support think?? Good game though...

very bad conditions.. ye had the better of the first half with the wind and prob should of went in more than 1 up at the break.. balla better in 2nd half with the strong wind! good goal to win it

your worse for believing him - he may have been bragging about it but do you honestly think he knows jack sh1t about fairview youths or that he would know anyone up there to give the info to. Looks like some one took the bait though

ya the 2 red cards were fair stupid alrite but i have to say the 2nd lad (jeffrey judge) was a lucky lad to even be playing in the quarter final.his tackle in the dundalk game was identical to the tackle he put in on one of our lads in the last 16 but the ref bottled givin him the red because it was early enough in the game.

the dundalk manager was getting in contact with managers of the teams who fairview had knocked out on the way to the quarter finals.

corbally had a full panel for the first time in a few months on sunday, real pity the match was called off. aisling looked seriously under strength they wanted the match off, they didnt even get togged out. i've seen games played on a lot worse than there pitch on sunday

If you saw/heard about the Red Cards you'd understand.

And to Monster...as Inexile said,I'd say you were caught hook line and sinker,I'd doubt Connie has many friends left in the 'View to give him info on there U-18's...And what info could he had told them anyway?Handy center forward here, fast left back there(examples)..Its youths soccer, not exactly life and death..

I can remember one of my former team mates tapping a referee on the arm as he walked past-- messing. All of a sudden out came the red and a 6/7 month ban followed, after long deliberations with the Munster disciplinary committee then the FAI. I can only imagine what the two young lads will get... At least a year me thinks...

why is it every time you come on this site you are trying to stir up trouble.does nothing else in life bother you apart from pike rovers and declan considine.I have come to the conclusion that you are just jealous of what conny has achieved in the game .get a life and move on,oh ya and another thing ,conny has,nt been in mclysaghts in close to a year since mcgarry was capped so unless he knew the draw for view game a year ago i do,nt know what mclysaghts you are on about.

have to agree with you fully there foxtrot.went to watch the game.was shocked to see that aisling made no effort at all to get the pitch playable, considering there looked to be very little water on the pitch.a simple spiking would have done.the corbally lads looked to be zipping the ball around in there warm up and to me there wasnt even spray coming off the pitch.i wouldnt say aisling were missing players,to me there looked to be at least 14 standing outside the dressing room.tis a pity as corbally did to my eyes have a full squad.to me aisling just didnt want to play and used the pitch as an excuse.whitestripe might be able to fill us in on why in his opinion the game didnt go ahead

If it does go ahead, I think it could be a lot tighter than people expect, with the View maybe just shading it by the odd goal, or it could even be a draw.

Its a MUST win game for Fairview, if they have any hopes of winning the league this season.

Surely the View have players in the OT team on Sunday???

Have the View players in the OT squad??

I havent seen/heard the squad for next week but the only View player to have been called to play so far for the OT team is Christy Doyle, and I think he turned em down months ago. Bit strange alright I reckon, even the Desmond league were scratching their heads a few weeks back when Fairview beat them 1-0 in a friendly in Askeaton only to find out that the view had nobody in the current panel. I reckon the Desmond will get through a few rounds though, was pretty impressed by them.

I really fancy us to give Wembly a hammering if the match goes ahead.
We are really playing well at the moment, as we showed when we outclassed Summerville! I still fancy us for the league as we are playing the best football at the moment.

if the game had gone ahead the pitch would be in a state for the rest of the season which i dont think any club would appreciate.

ya no club would appreciate it but thats what happens, didn't the boro's pitch or fairviews get ripped appart there a few weeks back, what's the excuse for aisling 'sorry ref our pitch is fine and it's playable but lets not cause it'll get mucky' If thats the case then no games in town between november and april.. thats the first of many strokes to be pulled in the title run in not counting balla's!!!! paddy has them sorted
