cant really judge fairview from one game but they have some nice young players with pace.i think any team would miss a player like coombs,although he missed alot of games last year and A/A done ok without him.

Fairview had a very young side out but looked weak enough at the back. Not sure how they will fare over the season, hard to tell from just one game.

Hardly a bad start after one match is it?Especially against high flying Regional side from last year.I wouldn't be too worried,similar start last year too,wait for enright and mitchell to come back and then we'll see whats what..sure we have enough premier titles anyway,Fai and munster Junior's are where its at!

he didnt get 1200 he got what fairview paid him 2500 plus win bonuses+goal bonuses you know nothing:D

but he did get a couple of bonuses .Ask him he will tell u ,he told me.

Won't call it a match in many respects,wouldn't call balla's "Pitch" a pitch either,i'm not 100% certain that the field was lined fully,a shambles,and probably the worst ref'in I've seen for years,at least 3/4 penalties not given for pike,and the one they got wasn't a penalty..Back to Lit then for balla...don't have any decent teams to play for 2-3 weeks...

Just heard that Star drew 3-3 away to the View tonight with goals from Derek Hannon (2) and one from Leonard O'Grady...

Star also had keeper Ger Collopy sent off (dont know what for or at what stage of the game) so not a bad result considering.

wembley totally outplayed summerville. goalkeeping error for their first goal. they were 3 up after half an hour. summerville got consolation near end. good match between 2 committed teams.

having played against both teams last year,wembley look to have got stronger. they had about ten subs while summerville looked weaker. prob had some working or on hols tho.
