He's left us before just in time and financially ruined two other clubs, the mans a curse!

Nah thats just Paul Doolin who beleives paying for every player he gets and having a squad of 40 players will get you everything with no consequesnces.

I'd agree with that. Managers will push and push for as much as they can get. Witness Paul Cook at the start of the season.
As for Faz, I personally would love to see him back in the Rovers jersey but not at the expense of the financial stability of the club. I just wonder what kind of wages he'd be looking for now?

He's not going to command the same wages he's been on for the last 2 and a half seasons at any club in Ireland or the UK so I'd say he'd take a drop in pay...

Cash!

As far I know Torpey as well as CurryFor the record, Cash & Torpey are not gone.

Darren Meenan has signed, he's cup-tied for the league cup having played for Shels earlier this season.

Heard that about Raf very early on Friday, said id say nothing.

Think Cook pulled the deal at the last minute.

He will go at the end of the season now id imagine...

I couldnt help thinking on Friday at Terryland that it had got into his head.

Lets hope he doesnt get a injury leading up to any Shams games left this year (like Adam Hughes did when we played Drogheda a few seasons back.)

I hope not, i just hate these situations. I know for a fact he was all but gone on Friday until things changed.

Where does that leave his head now??

Dont know the youngest but I think Fago was 16 when he made his debut. Cretaro and Feeney would of been around 17 when they got their first starts. I think Coleman was still 17 in his first game.

Keith Gilroy was just gone 16 by a couple of months when he played for Rovers.

One game that sticks out in my mind was against the league champions St Pats at the Showgrounds.
The reason that i still remember that match was because Gilroy was outstanding, one of the best performances i have ever seen from a Rovers player never mind a 16 year old,
also added to the fact he was up against the leagues best player in Eddie Gormley.
Unfortuntley Pats won the game 1-0

Both palyer were to move on shortly after,
Gilroy to middlesboro and Gormley fell out with Pats

The following week, Gilroy scored a screamer
