Some big games on starting with Aoh tonight . Then on Sat you have the 2A title up for grabs with Hibs needing a win to bring it to a play off .Also Coachford and Park game is massive a draw here is no good for either team . Then on Sunday you have Innishvilla needing a win against Blackstone (who have a good home record ) to take them to a 3 way play off . Then on the Tuesday the night that might decide where Prem ends up massive week for soccer . Hope I didn't forget anything . Best of luck to all sides opps forgot Lakewood need a win to take their league too I think

I agree - I just can't figure how AUL have announced the "fixtures" when nothing is confirmed yet...

I guess was handy for aul they where there to present the league to Kilreen if they beat Innish. So with all 3 managers present and aul officals also they provisionally fixed fixtures no biggie has been done before fixtures done before results in .

We were the same last week. Before we'd actually been confirmed in the playoffs the AUL had told us our possible fixtures but had also prepared for the possibility of us going to a playoff with Boscos for the runner's up spot. I think its easier for them to proviisionally have the fixtures arranged in case the results happen. There's nothing wrong with being prepared. I'm pretty sure the AUL would have been very careful with the wording too, like they were with me. Ted O'Mahony kept refering to possibilities and probabilities as oppossed to definitives.

Lads, the official rule on a two team playoff regarding the pitch is this. If both teams agree to the toss of a coin for home advantage then that's how it's done. If one team refuses to the coin toss then that team needs to find an alternative neutral venue. If both teams refuse then the AUL need to find the venue.
