If it's what I think it is, it's been common knowledge for weeks, if not months.
But amazing in a way it's taken so long for a certain person to be pushed under the bus?

Anyone who's seriously offended by somebody singing Joe McDonnell would want to get their heads straight. Our national anthem is far more offensive.

Not sure what the doc is on about, but I did hear Ciaran Clark injured Roy Keane with a tackle in training and Keano murdered him.

Don't think the song's the issue especially, more certain other extra-curricular activities which are generally known. Though the doc implying it could be something else much bigger...

It seems that The Doc and ArdeeBhoy have broken YBIG due to the above being copied over to there last night!

Still not sure if that story will break, been doing the rounds for months at this stage without the media biting, you can be sure any outlet connected to O'Brien won't go near it.

I've heard it from a couple of sources I'd trust but it's been hawked around the media for a couple of months now and no one is biting on it....

I think i know what this is but it's fairly common knowledge and it's a lot older than a few months!! Lots of people doing it though so there might not be the same interest.

O'Neill said in January he was going to speak with Redmond "next month" - which is I assume happened. Redmond was playing for England U21s as recently as this month though and has been spoken of highly by Hodgson so doubt it's him.

O'Neill has plenty of Championship standard Irish born and bred players to chose from if he wants to widen the net. It bugs me that even before he sat down at his desk, so to speak, he bemoaned the lack of talent coming through and now his answer seems to be to seek out Irish eligible players from the Championship. I hope they are worth the effort.

If one was to believe the papers, Redmond has been linked with a £10m move to Liverpool, to rescue their season no less.

Maybe MON knows more about our hopefuls than we think and just doesn't rate the majority.
