just back from watchin my newly adopted club FC Lahti over come their one nil away leg result against slovenian opposition 2-0 tonight. Litmanen (who else!) and rafael the scorers.
On to face Club brugge away next week, lookin forward to the home leg in 2 weeks time, hoping if they get through that they'll get a really big draw for the play-offs!

Motherwell 6-0 against Flamurtari at HT. Didn't see that one coming, briefly thought about backing the draw there!

A good day for the league (if Derry can hold on).. It'll really make up for yesterday and that'll be us up to 1.000 for this year. We're losing 1.333 this year though so we'd need another win and a draw (or three draws) in the next round to 'break even' in the co-efficient. That's pretty unlikely though I think..

This is why co-efficient talk irritates me - no matter how good a result is, there's cold water poured on it because the co-efficient would have been maintained if the first leg had been won...

Falkirk are not that great, saved themselves on the last day of last season with a smash and grab! Vaduz play in the Swiss league dont they? Didnt they beat Longford a few years back?
