Yeah but you can only train two players a week and GKs are probably the least important players. I train DEF. My central defence is up to inadequate in the match ratings now.

I have been training scoring recently but that might change :D :o

I train Playmaking. Bought a 17 y.o. passable dude for 20000 euro last season, will pop to formidable in 6 weeks and will sell for over a million so its good money there. Inad trainees are only about 2000 and passable are about 20000 so the turnover is quite cool

I just beat best team in league (had to use MOTS) 2-0 to remain in 1st place. Other team way better with 55k stadium but wasted with 451 formation. Must be Gunther playing it ;)

Will not be risking key players in the Cup as genuine chance at promotion now..

Yeah he'd been relegated last season too.

I'm supposed to play 'Irish Dominance' this week - whoever that is can they login & accept challenge before its too late...

I had my first real test this season for promotion and i lost 5-2 at home,it was a terrible result for me cause even though he had a better team than me, he had lost to a better team than his last week. I'll have to use MOTS in nearly every game to stand a chance now. oh well here's hoping. :D :ball:

Hes not playing Hatrick anymore but was going to accept just to fullfill fixture instead of getting fined ;)

Not sure if can accept anymore challenges this week so might have to just add in standby & play fixtures against you a week in arrears...

just wondering what the stats are for your team. members, finances, etc ,

i got 435 members
80,000 euros in cash at the end of this week
weekely expenses are about 40,000
and stadium can hold 8,600

ive been concentrating on building up my stadium and not over spending i only got my team 2 months ago am i doing ok ?

well i think from memory i spent my first 3 or 4 hattrick seasons just under the 500k debt u allowed to go into
by doing this i was able to buy the best possible players and build stadium up as much as possible without going into the 500k in debt mark

short term debt for long term gain

I do playmaking at the moment and I do 100% but I dont know whether or not to lower it as it might tire the players out...

Saving cash this season. If can win remaining games should get promoted, will spend all i got to expand stadium to 20k or so.

You should always spend 20k a week on youth team. Its one of the most important things. I have an exellent youth squad and Ive pulled one or two players that made me a fair amount!

yeah, I was spending nothing at 1 stage when I was 400k in debt :eek: but got it back so am lumping 20k into the YT now. I have a passable 1 at the moment. How long does it take to get to excellent adam?

Whats your best ever youth pull? I got a fella last week with solid set pieces so might train him up a bit...

It takes about 2 full seasons to get it up to exellent! I mainly pull passable players but I pulled a solid winger a few weeks back!

I MOTSed the last game so my TS is crap. The guy is playing counter attacking too, he may have just pulled the right tactical card out of his sleeve for this one. I also tried 4-3-3 and I don't think it was a good choice.
