The 3 players I played in centre midfield today all have solid playmaking!!!! Maybe if I train it for a couple of weeks or something!!!!

Adam I examined your result. It makes reasonable enough sense. You fecked up with your tactics I have to say. Playing your two central midfielders as offensive gave you a strong attack but a crap midfield. He was wretched (very high) you were wretched (low). He had better possession both halves. As you probably know winning the midfield and possession is key in HT. He also had quite a strong central attack against your not so great central defence. Dominating possession, strong attack versus worse defence and a bit of luck gives him a 4-0 win. Hard luck buddy.

As for you De Town, you played class opposition, he'd kick the hell out of me too. Your midfield still got poor ratings though. :confused:

I won 4-0 today but I think the team I played was abandoned. I was PICing so good for the auld team spirit.

Ah its not the result I am concerned about, its just by how many I am losing by. I have to keep my goal difference down as the team 3 points ahead of me are abandoned and are forfeiting every game 5-0. I play them last day of the season AFAIK, so I really need to kepp the goal difference down if I want at least a play-off place.

As for the midfield, I really don't know what to do :(

Your midfield is as bad as mine. You need to strenghthen your whole team really. I have a winger on the Transfer list for €0 if you want him.

If you need a striker or playmaker I have 1 each on the TL. 30k for playmaker and 16 k for striker. Both of them are recent YP's and are easily trainable.

EDIT: btw, they are both solid at what they do :)

Can anyone tell me if i'd lose a weeks training playing 5-2-3, if i was training defenders. I was thinking that because its not a recognised formation that it might mess things up. I know 5-3-2 would work.

As long as you dont play more than 3 players in the same position AFAIK!
