2132 according to Neil on our board - loads of Derry fans, maybe 300? and loads of noise

Nowhere near 300 Derry fans, unless there were more there than the ones who were shown on eL Weekly last night?

I think his point is that there are other seats for them to sit in, though? It's not as if Cork (much as you would have us believe) sell out every game and people sit in the open stand by necessity.

Other seats yes, other covered seats, no

Yeah from looking at el weekly last night, it was much closer to 100 than 300.

there was somewhere between 200-300 Derry fans scattered between blocks A, B and C. Most were in block A but there was quite a few groups of Derry fans in the next 2 blocks.

900 over 250 from Sligo desperate night wettest ever in Terryland. We were crap but Sligo are the best team we have played so far. Major cahnges for Sunday i would say.Just a note the plonker in the league who fixed the 1st set of midweek games on the same night as the champions league q/f's should be shot it probably cost GUFC €7,500 on the gate.

I thought about 250ish so that sounds about right. Partly because of our new and improved for 2005 'wall of noise' crack drumming and percussion team (who would put Stomp to shame), some of the oldies prefer to sit a few blocks away to protect their hearing aids :D .

Always a pleasure to go to Dalyer, whilst the fans may have a recent rep for turning on their own team, we're always very well received there.

Also, am I the only one that sees the irony of Cork fans accusing others of inflating attendances? ;)

Cork fans NEVER inflate attendance figures.
It's not our fault if the rest of the country cannot count.

Between 400 and 500 at Lims-Kilkenny, according to the Limerick (http://foot.ie/showthread.php?t=23818) forum. Still higher than anything last season, even though it clashed with the Champions' League.

Amazing how team's attendances can drop off from the first day - they had 6,224 against Bray! Don't think Bray brought 3,500 fans with them! ;)

Shamrock Rovers v. Longford Town - 500

Eh, I know things are bad but their not that bad!
I think the Jodi holds 3,000 and I'd say it was half full. To their credit, Longford had an alright crowd at it.
Our fans turned up for the game, just a pity our midfield didn't.

Will put in 1500 for this year? Longford fans saying 1300 (http://foot.ie/showthread.php?t=23916), so seems to be some agreement anyway.

We had this with their last home game too (how many people fit around a running track) - came up with 1900 for that. 2000 seems fair this time, I suppose - fairly similar crowd, it sounds like..

There was a bigger crowd at our home game against Pats than there was against Derry. I would say about 2,500.

Bray v Drogs had just over 1,000 in attendance I would say.
