So we sold 574 season tickets this year and it's been confirmed that these are included in the attendance figures.

Not so sure, but think 350-400 at UCD/Limerick. Loads of Limerick fans in that number.

A very ambitious shout from Shels. I think they included people walking by the ground.

A decent if ever so slightly disappointing crowd in Finn Park tonight. Would have hoped for 700+ after a good win in Longford last week.
Safe to say though, after a good performance, that crowd might just bring a few extra with them next time out against Derry on Monday.
Hopefully 1,000+ at that one.

Interesting as extra time reported "not too many here" at kick off.
I wonder where they got this figure from then.

Slight decrease again for us, crowds steadily dropping off.

According to Athlone supporters there they must have counted away fans twice

I wonder where they got this figure from then.No idea, but myself and a mate went up to the last night and when I told him what the attendance was he nearly piddled himself laughing. Was about 50 Derry fans there, the home stand was half empty, esp where the "singing" section used to stand, was a few up the back of the stand, then two kids teams took up a chunk of seats down front with scattered amounts of people on the rest of the seats. I would have said no more than 500 at max.
679 at Waterford v Wexford. The attendance was apparently boosted by people coming to buy tickets for friendly v Manchester United selection in July.

Rumours in Drogheda that they will releasing players in the summer as they are now heavily in deficit.

238 at CCS last night, disgraceful. Hopefully 2 wins this week will have them flocking in for the next home game after missing 6 goals tonight.

From ET:
''Longford Town 4 - 0 Cobh Ramblers
49' - The attendence figures have arrived to those in the press box desperate for them. Wait for it... 284 people have trooped in to see Longford horsewhip Cobh. The Town, utterly on top, continue to do all the prompting''

I would doubt a single league cup game will get close to 1,000 at this round. Maybe crowds will pick up when we get to the QF stages, but these games are viewed as little more than friendlies by a lot of supporters.

I'd wager the crowd in Finn park was easily over the 1000.

A guess of the crowd at Finn Park would be something around the 1,200 mark. About 400 Derry fans too.

Is the clubhouse bar definitley closed in Drogs? If so that must be a big loss of revenue.

Been closed for a few years now I think, it was last year.
The club actually made a modest profit last year, winning the League Cup helped.

Looking at it on television I would say the smaller number is correct. There looked a very small crowd in the stand above the terrace facing the tv cameras.
Ah come on. It's impossible to judge the crowd that was there from the TV coverage last night.

Someone want to tell me were on earth the estimate of 357 people came from for last night's game at Fahy's Field. Unless they counted the children in the playground, nearby dog walkers and everyone on the astro it barely scrapped 100!

I was talking to the event control officer after the game and 1,862 is the correct attendance for Limerick vs SRFC.

In fairness there was more than 100 there, I'd say it was nearer the 200 mark tbh, maybe 50-70 from Longford!
