Right good news, I have the kits. Very nice. 11 Black and red shirts. The goalie shirt is green and black, and there is also a pair of goalie gloves. Pleasse all remember you need its only the shirts we have though.
Its fair to say its one nil to Foot.ie in the fashion stakes on the pitch :p
Although its not really part of my physio duties they will also be washed and ironed for you all for saturday :)

according to Sportslink, these are the buses that go from the city centre 16a, 33, 41a and 41c and 27b.
You might be as well to look at the dublin bus (http://www.dublinbus.ie)website

To go slightly off teh current run of the thread into a rather more prosaic world, I have two questions.
1. Is there a ref sorted - I didn't feel one was vital prior to the last fifteen posts, but now.... After all the flair players (also read lazy and refuse to run for the ball) like me will need protection!
2. Who are bringing footballs? We probably need three. I have two, but they aren't up to much and certainly need pumping - which lead to the question, does anyone have a pump?
I am reckoning on all available foot.ie-ers meeting up there at about 15h15, partly in order to get to meet each other, partly in order to see who is there and able for what, but largely as the gaffer will have researched the opposition team heavily by now and will be able to tell us their strengths and weaknesses, and give us an idea of our tactical approach.
No pressure GT;)

I can bring a recent adidas ball in very good shape.
I'm sick today, don't worry I'll be fine in time for the match. i'm going to use my day off to clean my boots.

I can bring a football too and I have a pump aswell!
Note: everytime I refer to myself in these posts I actually mean Caolan, only he's too lazy to either read or post so I do it instead!
Anyway, thats sorted, so next is the Ref.....

Hello all
I posted a little back that Reiteoir and his team were unable to officiate and that I had PM'd a Foot.ie member to see if he could muster a replacement team but I have not heard back from him. So it appears that we still have to get one.
If anyone knows a referee who would be available please post details or PM me and I will arrange to make contact about arrangements.
P.S. We will be playing on Pitch 2 and nets and corner flags will be available for us. It appears that we have (are?) a load of balls ;)

If you canīt find a ref whoīs able to keep things in order; there is volunteer in our team. He already warned me (he knows me too well!). So if youīve got another ref, fine by me (and by him as well).:)

Well folks, by my reckoning we now have a squad of 14, and hopefully a minimum of 12 or maybe 13 at all times. This is not even daring to fantasise about Babysis or Green Tribe lining out for us!
Well, not on the public forum anyhow

We īll take off for Dublin tomorrow. We are two down. Our Englishman, Peter, isnīt coming with us due to physical problems (aged people:o ) and Kees, our coach, isnīt coming with us because of a sad situation in his family. Players able to play, I reckon about 12.:(
Nevertheless, we canīt wait to go and are looking forward to meet you all and have a good game and certainly have a great third half!!:)

FAO Bluebeard, a guy called Crouch on the St.Pat's forum PM'd me saying he'd play for us. He said he's on foot.ie too but doesn't post much. I told him to contact you on here cos I'll be offline til Sunday soon. So we have another player if he does it!
