Sounds like a great show :)

No-one else to do it because I have to do it in Irish! Then again no-one complains because most people don't understand what I'm on about! (Actually this applys when I talk in English too!) :)

If Derry do get relegated, its going to open a whole can of worms in the LOI. Speaking to an unnamed DC player on Thursday, he told us that 4 to 5 other clubs are paying backhanders to their players, if this is the case then not only Derry but the other clubs in question should all be hammered. Maybe now Delaney will take an interest in the league, Derry rightly will be relegated but Cork have been in the high court 4 times this year, and nothing happens to them, Bohs are in a worse financial state than ourselves but nothing is mentioned. Our problems go back to the days of jim Roddy and he couldnt wait to run the minute he knew there was trouble financially. Pat McDaid has played down our problems to the fans when the fans needed to know how bad a shape our club was in. What was the point in collecting money at the last minute when we are £600k in debt were they hoping for someone to drop half a million in2 a bucket. JOKE

Flexy, concentrate on your own problems and don't worry about the rest. Pats tried the 'everyone else is doing it' defence and it didn't work for us either. And our transgression were merely paperwork

not trying to dry that up, just commenting on your post

The FAI operate on Tuam Time. You being a Galway fan might have heard of Tuam Time. Everything happens on time in Tuam, in their own sweet time!

15:32:Sean Connor's departure from Dundalk occurred at 2pm today. Not the news expected at 2pm. There are reports in today's papers that Kildare County will not be able to fulfil the fixture today. We will confirm or deny that now with the FAI. According to Shelbourne, the fixture is going ahead. More on that when we get it. The meeting continues...

They said in the Independent yesterday that Pats spent €2.25 million on wages last year, which is even more staggering when Bohs, who are supposedly in very bad financial trouble, only spent €1.8 million in comparison.

Jesus. It would be interesting to see if you added up the wage bills for all the premier division teams what that would come to.
