You make some good points. It doesnt say that it isn't geo-locked either so even if they have all the bits and bobs in place, we may not be able to see it anyways.
It does also say on the site that it is the only way to see it... It won't be live on Swedish TV.
AFAIK, presently they do not have any bits and bobs in place nor have they any rights to the game.
I suspect they expect to turn up and have all the relevant equipment, bar their own camera, in place.
A friend in Sweden was in contact with them and that is more or less what they've told him

Narrow minded.
You say i'm narrow minded and i say you have a minnowist attitude. Very few other leagues in the wrold have the same attitude as here, be them big or small, Your rivals are your rivals and you should always want to see them fail.
I couldn give a monkeys about Drogs normally but in their second leg against Kiev I found myself screaming at the tv after Gartland scored, when Hughes missed that sitter and when the ball spun across the line in the dying minutes.
Neither could i really give a f*ck about Drogs normally but Hughes missed that sitter i laughed my ass off.
We should support our own and in Europe Pats are our own.
Because you and a few others here said so? No, you're alrght. I used to do it and then i realised how stupid it was. Also Pats are not mine and i don't want to be associated with them.

It's interesting that people like this with the most narrow minded, begrudging and backward attitudes are also amongst the most illiterate who can barely spell and have no grasp of punctuation.

Nope, main stand and Inchicore end only.
Tickets selling OK from what I hear. You might be OK on the night but if you can, I'd get it today. Phone the club on 454 6332 for better info

according to www.stpatsfc.com only 500 tickets left.
think the capacity is 3000 with 150 kept for the elfs
very very nervous bout the game
When first reading the title of the thread i thought they were playing this lot (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d0/7_garden_gnomes.jpg)
They are knomes. This (http://img.thesun.co.uk/multimedia/archive/00382/elf_280_382925a.jpg) is an elf.

Heck, I'm not a Dub (well Dub by family, not in my lifetime) & even I'm not so bitter and parochial to ignore Pats' endeavours.
I say go on the Super Saints & do Irish clubs proud in this season of financial troubles and controversy - give us something to cheer about :D

A now, the guy is entitled to his opinion, just because he is not towing the party line and cheerleading doesnt mean he is all of the above.

An opinion can still be needlessly bitter & begrudging though.

Elfs are 2nd in the league so are a top Swedish side and the word on the street is that are confident of an easy victory on Thursday against Pats.
what street would this be ? held 2-2 at home but reckon they will win easy away......ur source sounds dodgy mate

I'll be there, along with a Harps fan, Shels fans & ManUre fan, (& me, a eLOI fan!) all of us shouting for Pats
& then spending all our money in McDowells after - whatever the result
Come on Pats!

I hear you'll be in the main stand... don't ask me how I know this. ;)
Incredibly worried about this one, they have definitely cottoned on to what Quigo is all about, or they must have by now, after he ran riot in the second half over there. I expect a good few English scouts will be there as well, with an eye to buying him or Fahey. :(
Oh, and re: supporting other clubs in Europe - I actually went to Tolka when Shels were in Europe a few years ago. It nearly killed me, I might have choked on half-hearted words of encouragement once or twice, but coefficient points help everyone in the League. Not sure I'd do it again if I could go back though. :D

3000 seats and tickets are still available!!!.Pats are having an excellent season, great result in Sweden, are our only representatives in Europe, and they struggle to shift the equivalent of the "jodi"....apathy reigns.:(

200 tickets available. Which means 2700 sold only 50 swedish fans over. Imagine only getting 50 fans to an away game in UEFA ....... shocking.......isnt that what bohs got in Latvia?
no way this post can get me an infraction

As a City fan,I've other things on my mind,I just feel Pats deserve more support. The "jodi" was a reference point, that most fans here can relate to.Hope the Saints make it, a good news story would be a relief.

I'm kind of sickened after seeing the Kiev v Spartak result tonight
I know the Roddys of this world will continue to say that Kiev were far better than Drogs in every way except scoring, but the fact is that Drogs had 2 clear chances to win at the end & really should have knocked Kiev out. Then to see that Kiev win the next round 8:2 on aggregate! - THATS how close we (eLOI) came to the CL group stages this year!
Fingers crossed for Pats tomorrow - IMO this league is getting better each year but this is the only way we can prove it - winning regularly in Europe.

good luck to pats tonight hope they do the business.
The thing with the tickets even the fairweathers would find it easier get to tolka/dalymount, richmond is that bit more awkward get too. Still no excuse though, dont know why people cant get into the buzz of European games even if you aren't an EL regular.
Wouldn't worry about the tickets being sold. Guaranteed to be people turning up tonight expecting them to be sold..

In fairness it would still have been pretty tough to get past Spartak. I would be more inclined to think that Kiev showed their true ability in those games rather than thinking that Kiev were lucky against Drogs and Drogs would have beaten Spartak easily as well.
In other news, Kaunas lost 2-0 again to Aalborg, thus keeping the Lithuanian coefficient to a realistic level.

Ah stop confusing him/her
If Pats get through this round, they are in the first round proper. We'll be unseeded, and teams like AC Milan, Valencia etc are out potential opponents. That will be the last round before the group stages

Can you not pay at the gate with the money going onto a biscuit tin?
Sorry, wrong ground, it was Tolka Park Richmond Road I was thinking of, not Richmond park, Inchicore.
Easy mistake to make, just ask Elfsborg

I just got a ticket from the Ticketmaster in St Stephens. Walked up and down Grafton for ages looking for it and walked past the kiosk at least 4 times! :o
edit: I've just seen that it "sold out" an hour and a half before i bought my ticket so if anyones desperate to go and is in Dublin I would check at Ticketmaster.

Is 1 LW available on the website, or is it just the FM version? Not seen any streams mentioned, but at least listening would be nice.
The LW stream is available on the website. They call it RTE radio one extra I think
