1805 in Richmond which seems on the low side. I always thought the main stand held 1800 and it was sold out, they had to open the west stand which wasn't due to be open. Good crowd in Sligo, shame there's not another round to go to. Sometimes I feel it'd be better to enter in the first qualifying round, better for co-eff and public interest.

The main stand indeed holds 1800. There was around 2500 at the game last night.

Well there weren't that many. The IBV game sold out with just the main stand at 1647 or something so maybe that's closer to its actual capacity. New stand holds less than 600 now. I'd say it hit 2,000.

Was disappointed with the crowd tbh(Cork City). Shels is usually a big draw for us.
Guess 3 games in 5 days is a big ask these days.
What has happened Derrys support? 1,100 against Shamrock Rovers is very poor for them.

*995.
Still confused by this however, how they are sitting so far up the table, pushing for the league title, and there's only 995 in the ground. Awful really.

I'd say its just that .... normally we'd have close to 4000 for that game (at this particular time i mean) if we didn't have those friendlies. Not to worry.

expected bigger for a Shels game with good weather. the two midweek friendlies may have detracted from the attendance. Hard to ask people to go to 3 home games in 4 days.

Barely covered costs though i'd say ... would have done way better if there wasn't a game the following night. But i think the week was successful enough so not too put out by it.

Not a bad number when you consider that half the County, town & country are away on holidays right now.Bout 30/40 Cork supporters?
Hopefuly we can break the 1500+ mark for the next home game when St.Pats come a calling on Monday 20 August.

Fair point, 6 people I usually sit beside are all on holidays, I was like a nomad wandering the ground tonight ! very small away support, (as we would have also taken to Cork) so I'd say all things considered, and with us in second last spot, the club would be reasonably happy getting over a 1,000 (just !)

Irish Times from yesterday has 1317 in the bowl, 1148 in dalymount and (don't shoot the messenger) 802 in oriel
For some reason the IT only included the figure for paying in on the night (802), the figure that is available first, then 205 Season Ticket admissions were added, to make 1,007.

Seems like two tards threw two bananas, one right after the other. They were thrown out apparently, although I'd rather they'd been held on to - there is surely something they could be charged with.

One lad was brought out by 3 guards but think that was for acting the hard man, he was with the crowd who threw it though. The scumbags threw a bottle and empty pint glass at the guards then..the guards then stood amongst the p***** don't think they caught anyone for throwing it though
