The 'commentator' said 50 Bohs fans made the trip in the 90 seater plane, arrived yesterday morning. The locals have a banner hanging from the stand, "Die for the Club".
There's a heatwave in Iceland these past few days, expect the pace to drop in the 2nd half :)

Yes, they're gettig the summers we used occasionally get once upon a time! Thank you f***ing jet stream:mad:

Bohs should be forcibly disbanded if they don't rescue this situation. And I'm not hopefully based on their recent record.

thats football though. Theyve had two chances and taken them. We've dominated possession and should have more to show for it. We can progress provided we maintain our concentration at the back.

Your remarks and any references to TNS by some other folk are stupid. This is far from a TNS situation. This is a very inexperienced team the majority of whom are playing their first european game. Mistakes are bound to be made. Im sure it wasnt down to them pouting over their Euro bonuses anyway!

3-1, another goal from a set piece. Bohs possibly should have had a free kick in the build up.

Big chance there. Had to score I'm afraid..

Charlie Darwin

Bohs are much the tidier side but have to work so much harder for their chances, whereas they've just gifted Thor three goals. Somehow contrived to miss an open goal there.

Bohs doing themselves no favours. Poor performance from them which is disappointing after being so comfortable at 1-0.

I was going to and changed my mind, about the only positive I can take from this.

They were even shorter odds to win than Pats were.

Wow.

That's up there with Vaduz, Zimini, TNS etc.

Not only to be beaten, but 5-1..

Best of luck to Thor in the next round.

So much for Callaghan's clean sheet!! 5-1 is beyond embarrasing. I don't care what sort of budget Bohs are working with, a Leinster Senior League side would have performed better than that.

I don't care if every team in the league goes bust, please don't let the FAI enter Bohs in Europe again for a long long time.

Hopefully Pats can see out the job, half way there.

They may be in a lesser division but Thor's ground was fantastic compared to IBV. Granted the stream doesn't help but swap divisions between Thor and IBV when it comes to the ground.

Not quite, this game sets a new low standard for the LOI in Europe.
TNS were Welsh champions? Thor are a 2nd division Icelandic side. This was an atrocious performance by Bohs.

Dear lord I was out of town last week and hadn't seen the results so when I saw this result I thought surely it was the Czech 2nd Tier side Bohemians had qualified via a Cup...sadly I was very wrong.

What's happening in the Pat's game? I can't find a decend stream. Nil all with less than 20 minutes to go. Updates on Extratime.ie are a bit sparse.

Following the scoreline on the UEFA tracker. 0-0 with 12 minutes left.

How so?

Look at the squad they had vs TNS compared to now.

What has the squad got to do with it?

They were expected to beat TNS, they didn't.

The current squad wouldn't be expected to beat the welsh champions, but they were expected to beat an icelandic second tier team. They didn't.

If they'd only just failed to meet the expectations they might get some leeway, but look at the scoreline.

Extra time in Iceland, I have a gut feeling Pats will lose this 2-1 on aggregate, reverse score of last year. Even Irish League will have a better co-efficient than us this year if this continues.
