faces

well faces do ye know what that crowd are like
not really just heard they were a descent side and you would have to agree after they beat portmarnock 2 0.didnt want to find out too much as we will just go out and play like we we always do and hopefuly step it up a bit and get a result.
Well even though fairview are away you'd have to fancy them so possibly could be a shock if they lost, they are one of the favourites afterall
best of luck to all limerick teams this weekend.

Pike draw is corect as above, Fairview if they win sunday home to Crumlin or Bath Markeviewz an Kilmallock if they win home to Castleisland or whoever they are playin
Don't know the rest but these are 100% legit

Some stupid odds up on the site, I'll wait awhile to make any bet....
Fairview at 8/1 is quite ridiculous. Same with Pike at 20's, and Regional at 25's...
Doesnt look too bad now .priced up last July

I think the league secretarys got the draw during the week, most clubs involved should've been informed by their own league by now

carbury should be banned from next years competition.....there are teams who would give anything to have a winnable tie in the last 32 of this competition....its a disgrace
Longshanks
20/02/2010, 9:11 PM
Dunno why but Sligo seems to be a poor relation compared to other leagues, I know from away cup games in Roscommon/Mayo/Galway that their facilities are streets ahead of Sligos. Abbey Utd gave a walk over a few years back, think it was in Kerry, pity too they were of Athenry/Castlebar/Westport standard and could've been contenders....draw permitting?!?! Think its a financial thing with Carbury, if they travelled to Cobh and won they'd have to travel to Pike/Nenagh the following week....

I was told Carbury were concerned that if they did win the game against Springfield they will have to travel again,an they may have been financially stretched..........If it were up to me I would take the strongest possible action against the club.I would think any club that has been put out of the Fai would give anything to be in the last 32.Its a disgrace what they have done,a total joke. Why didnt the players make the decision themselves to travel, take the pressure off the club, financially wise.Have they had so much success in the Fai that they can throw away z tie in the last 32 in the largest junior cpmpetition of its kind in European football. The more I think about this the worse I get so ill leave it at that.............

Bad form if that is the reason, surely they could find some way of getting to the games.
