Balla will beat ye unfortunately
Never said they wouldn't they are a good side but we are also hoping for other results to go our way so even if we lose it could still go to a 3 way playoff to see two teams go down.

Dunno about that.The game is on saturday afternoon. Balla could be short a few regulars due to other activities ;)

Kilamallock could easily end up winning if balla arent at full strength.

Poor result considering Carew were 2 nil up, who were the scorers? and what was Carew's back 4?? Mike Carey is a big loss..............If 2 of the bottom 3 win their last game and Carew fail to pick up a point from their last 2 games (v Boro & Pike) then Carew are in big trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whats the chances of all 5 teams finishing on 18pts?????

That would mean Kilmallock, Dromore & Granville all win their last games, Corbally draw, and Carew lose their last 2 games.........anyone any idea what would happen if that was the case????

in fairness thats the same as what if united get deducted six points and livrpool win there last game of the season and become champions come on man boro havnt been beating in 16 league games are dromore goin to end that???are a young kilmallock goin to beat a very good very physcial balla??????:ball:

Im not saying they are but anything can happen on the day.
Wasnt it you that was posting that Boro were missing a few players
against ye last Sunday, the same thing might happen to them against Dromore and Dromore are gone to be up for it so as i said anything can happen and nothing is a certainty.

look pal i see your point but there isnt a hope of it happening all these teams including ourselves are struggling for wins all season and if fairview win thurs thats even more going in our favour wouldnt you agree:confused:

Ya i do agree. I think ye'r safe but anything can happen and it makes great for the neutrals.

It was myself yap paddy koyce , gooders, and leo wong but i would.nt blame any of the back 4 for the goals,robby daltons shot was the worst one we conceded the hole mid field backed off shot from 30 yards,gorden could of done a bit better for it too and only a 1 min to go.

The first goal dennis whelan never tracked his man back,paddy koyce was caught between 2 players he played the ball into tony cusack who shot from inside the box,the second goal came after half time from a corner which i think they should,nt of got because of a foul on leo wong a bit of ping pong inside in the box and somebody just gave it a boot and then the third was daltons goal....and i,ve said it a million tmes before and i,ll say it again DEFENDING starts up front.

Not to sure of the team but looked strong to me,one or two more players and i think theyed be dangerous good mixture of lads...

Not tommys fault at all i think some of the players we brought in are at fault let us down a lot this season dont have much heart for the jersey and club i think myself,as for mic i think he,s finished take it from me i know him very very very well and i think a massive loss for carew

isnt pa moloney gone to spain for a couple of weeks he will be big loss to pike..chukka couldnt handle him the last time. fairview might break there loosing streak 2moro nite.

Im only stating the possibilities, and if ye dont pick up a point from your last 2 games, it is possible that ye could find yerselves in a play-off...............teams fighting relegation are always dangerous....

If he is gone, it shouldn't be too much of a problem for Pike as they have numerous players that can fill that void.

Missing Mike,albert,and ger myles,maybe john Greahan he better have the balls its a must win game oscar,I have faith in my budy i think he,ll have a stormer,i think he,s well up for this one because if hes not he,ll never be able to face ye down the boro,and i know ye,ll never leave it down if he has a stinker.

Nabs purcell injured and pa on hols you cant just pull lads out of thin air(well lads of good enough quality to trouble the view) pike might have a strong 11 to start but will be under serious pressure for quality after that. Pa is a top striker just because you might have good numbers doesnt mean he can be replaced easily.

Nabs and purcell have been missing from the starting 11 for weeks , and pike have only lost once . No doubt moloney is class but i think john Boyle will lead the charge tonight . Should be a cracker tonight . IMO pike have goal scorers all over the pitch , but i do expect view to put up a good fight tonight .

yes exactly and since they have been missing pike have really struggled for numbers, 13 against killmallock and balla with connie and casey the 2 subs. struggled for numbers in other games too. missing 4-5 quality lads will hurt any club regardless of how big they are. boyle might have to drop back with o grady gone.. seriously under strength up front then. think it will be a draw.

Not too sure yet, LIT is closed to be re develped over the summer. Bateman is destroyed due to a stolen car and wont be played on till march next year, hoping to use the new pitch in Shelbourne park not certain yet though. Balla will be missing Earls and Dunphy both going to Heineken cup final, Tom Daly on hols, Gareth Ryan suspended, Frank Lee injured, Paudie Hickey injured,James Ryan injured,Sean Fitz injured, Shane Doran working,Ray Mc injured,so will be using allot of B players.

The season needs to be shorter, reduce the league to 10 teams? far too many teams have alot of players injured due to the long season.

boro on front after 4mins through peter ryan i think. but after that carew ran the game and missed a host of clear chances on the stroke of half time mark sla (the real deal) curled a free kick into the top corner great goal. that is carew officially safe for another season with that point. must say well played to glasheen pulled off some fantastic saves tonight on another night could of scored 3 or 4

yeah pike won 2 nil. johnny corbet just before half time and mcgarry with a peno in the second half. view had a man sent off mid way through the second half for 2 yellows.
Pike never looked like being in trouble. Once they got the lead that was it.
Fairview did not really have a good chance or good effort. one or 2 shots that dribbled into smackers hands. Pike also hit the post (boyle) with keeper well beaten.

and the wait goes on for the view...
