The standard in town must be shocking!!,played with johnny a few years ago in the lower leauges and he was an ok player,nothing special,think it just he looks good playing with good players, Pike could have any average player playing at right back and they could look good as they dont have much defending to do against the weak oppostion they play most weeks!!

Big games and FAI is when you see the true players!

Haven't seen much of Bobby Gregg play but i do agree that Ado and Alan were a great partnership in the middle.Ado in my opinion is very underated,top player on his day and it's been very hard for the boro to replace Alan's 20 or so goals a season return!

performance was not the best,agreed, but we had a stone wall penalty leading up to that incident when zubi was taken down.
the ball was still in play we he was struck in the box and therefore the ref had no option but to give a peno.
he should also have getting sent off if the ref deemed that it was a peno.
christy doyle should have known better and walked away from the full back.
he made an absolute meal of it...i'd be embarrassed if it was a fairview player.threw himself to the ground with little or no contact involved.dromore took him off straight away.
they are the only ones who could answer why they did that.
it was play acting at the highest degree.
still came away with 3 points....which did not look on the cards with 15 mins. to go.

Can someone tell me why some games were not re-scheduled for a later kick off yesterday, when most games were called off.

Surely some clubs could arrange to play the games in the afternoon to allow the pitches to thaw out, rather than have no game at all.

Understandablly some clubs wouldnt be able to do this for whatever reason (ie if their B team were playing on the home pitch in the afternoon or if it didn suit players to play in the afternoon) but I think that what should be done is the following.

If both teams and ref turn up for a 10.30 kick off and the game is postponed due to a frozen pitch, and they all are free for a later kick off, and agree to same, then the game could go ahead later that day, ie; 1, 2 or 3pm kick off.

Surely the LDMC should relay this message to all clubs and refs to try and play games whenever possible to prevent a fixture pile up!!!!!
