find it odd that aisling are down to play granville for the 2nd time when they have still to play pike in round 1 with pike playing a league game also the same day.

Lads we have a tournament this weekend Sat 7th of Feb for Boycie as a birthday rememberance, teams playing are Balla, Carew Park, The Army (Clonmel) and a team from Meelick. 2 Semi finals and a final. Semi Final (1) Balla v's Meelick 11.00am KO in Bateman Park. Semi Final (2) Carew V's Army 11.00am ko Southends pitch. Final 2.30pm KO in the LIT. So any support would be welcome as it is as a memorial of a fellow Junior player

this has the full backing of the LDMC so doubt any objections would be upheld

If a player requests a transfer from a club and that club then decide to refuse the sign the transfer, the player writes to LDMC informing them that he has requested such. In this case it doesn't matter if the deadline has passed. Once the player has informed LDMC in writing before the deadline has passed that he has been refused a transfer or the club are delaying it before they sign then LDMC will sign it on his behalf and it is called a "transfer in lieu". It is a rule in place to protect players from being screwed by certain small minded clubs.
I have no affilliation to Janesboro FC but they are perfectly above board in their dealings with this one (as is the norm in fairness to Janesboro FC).

Sorry for sticking my nose in but no player should be refused a transfer,if a player is not happy at a club they should let him go.On another note are pike dodgy away from home we play them in MJC in a few weeks.

So how long has he to wait before he can play? Is he cuptied for the FAI? Could anything happen to St. Micheals for there part in not signing the transfer?
