are you trying to say that missing players through suspensions is no fault of your own. get a grip
of course it is there own fault .when is it ever anyone elses fault when a player is suspended but the player himself?.you may add there were 6 others missing for other reasons other than suspensions..dermot clune and cusack were missing also as far as i know(neither for being suspended).thats 7 players out one of which was suspended.thats where im coming from when i say that AA have been missing players recently thru no fault of there own.(injuries, work commitments and fellas away)whatever is being suggested saying they done fairview a favour is wide of the mark.every other team in the league is affected by the same problem this time of year also.the reality is that some teams find it difficult to get full teams out for evening games.that as far as im concerned is why there are freak results from time to time.

how can he hold his head up high after that tackle from behind on a player just out of minor? not condoning anything that followed but he is anything but innocent
first of all what difference does it make if the player is just out of minor . The tackle was a yellow at most and beleive me i was right beside it . Ryan should get a fairly long ban . The ref bottled it , in sending connie off . Anybody who was at the match will agree 100% .

I dont agree. I think Connie deserved to go for the tackle. It was terrible. He could have done serious damage to the player.

As for Gareth Ryan he should get a long ban for what he did.

I think pike are missing a few aswell midweek is tough on all teams in fairness i think thurs is a massive game for us by all accounts regional arent playing well at the moment if corbally can take 3points off them we should be ok i think regional cant field a side at the moment anyone from regional on the site that can confirm?

Will have a decent side for thursday , missing 4-5 regulars but should have a good 11. Unbeaten at home in all comps this season and dont want that to change but VERY understrength for tonight against balla so that record could be gone by thursday.

lads to be honest i think connie deserved the red but also it was ballas reaction that got him the line. if nothing had happened the ref would have showed a yellow but once took matters into their own hands two reds was the easiest option for the ref. still think connie knda deserved the red and to be honest he knew the tackle was bad but he didnt think he deserved red. i told him the tackle was shocking and he gave me avery honest opinoin of himself...when i said i though he deserved the red he just looked at me and said the ball was there i think a couple of years ago id make it no problem, im gone too slow and old. very honest man.

Who was the player who got tackled?Think gareth ryans younger brother plays too so if it was him maybe he just overreacted.

its very hard when your so in love with the game just to give up everything..it was just a missed timed tackle he didnt try and do anyone his feet wee firmly on the ground, he understood his timing was all wrong. look people are way over reacting it was a bad tackle you see them all the time but people are making it out to be a lot worse in an attempt to justify ballas reaction.

I heard balla could be in serious trouble pity cause they have been great over the years but once or twice before let themselves down, alot of good players have come out of the northside, but when you have players and supporters running onto the pitch i cant see ldmc over looking this one

I seem to remember an incident in the not to distant past involving a Pike supporter encroaching onto the pitch, attempting to confront a player in a game versus Boro..What ever was the pikes punishment in that case i wonder...Oh and by the way the boro got a severe warning from council for not controlling the PIKE supporter....it would only happen with the lads in jackman. if there weres bad tackles and a bad reaction they should be dealt in the correct manner alas i fear not...

So your linking the similarities between Alan Barry squaring up to an apparent Pike supporter, on the touchline, don't believe he came onto the pitch and the Balla Coaching Staff and Subs storming the Pitch attempting to start a brawl. Your a sad sad man...With a disgusting anti-Pike attitude. Glad We don't play anywhere near the premier, joke of a league.

wonder how the ldmc will control this .....knowing what happened last sunday it would be important to have a strong ref and even linesman....will this happen i don't think so. I hope nothing serious happens sunday as there will be a bit of a bad taste somewhere (all players sent off will be available to play)...

forget that incident. Both were wrong , player and supporter. He did walk onto the pitch FYI.

What part of the pitch was the incident on sunday? was it near the pike side or the balla side...had there been any bad tackles during the game up to that?

boro 3 carew park 3

2 points thrown away by carew again for the 2nd time in a month leading well into injury time and concede a very poor goal from a set peice from the smallest man on the field.
in fairness it was a good game boro went 1up ger ned levelled boro went back in front shane clarke wheelan then scored 2 lovely goals put carew 3-2 up but yet again they cant see out the game finished 3-3

Great win for us tonight to keep the pressure on pike, disappointed in kilmallock very poor thought they were better than that they were bad in almost every area of the pitch,we have hit form at the right time of the season finishing teams off early,i know pike will drop points they are just getting through games having 11 or 12 players key players arent playing well for them.

i wouldnt say thrown away..a draw was a fare result..We were denied a stone wall pen when the keeper took out peter ryan so it could have making a big difference...i thought the ref been 20 mins late was a joke..i not too sure that he was down to do the game:ball:

You are very disrespectful you know that?! Kilmallock deserve better than that critcising all their players. You'd swear you were Ronaldo the way you carry on, but believe me your not! I really hope Pike win the league, they are top of the league for a long time and none of their players are on here gloating about how great they are or how bad other teams are. 'Key players aren't playing well for them', are they still winning...ah yes! What does that tell you? Get it into your head the league is over ye don't have a hope! How long has it been since ye beat them again?

You must have been watching a different match than I was Trueview it was 1 all at half time and Kilmallock should have gone in leading at half time. Fairview got an early goal in the second half but Kilmallock came back into the game again and could have leveled it up. Its was only in the last 7 mins when ye pulled away and scored 3 more times and one of them goals was thanks to the ref when he got in the way of one of the Kilmallock passes and dirverted the ball straight into the path of one of the fairviews players who caught Kilmallock on the counter. Fairview were the better team on the night but only just so you would want to worry about you own team and catching Pike rather than talking **** about Kilmallock.

I never mentioned the player or and i find it very interesting that he was an apparent pike supporter...get your head out of the sand....seeing as you cant deduce the point that i was trying to make i will spell it out for you in small words were possible....I am not being anti pike, in fact i was trying to highlight the pathetic behaviour of the council in their dealings with SIMILAR incidents over the years. I was using the afore mentioned incident as a case in point..
People on here are looking for balla to be hammered and people are here trying to hammer the behaviour of the pike player...this all stems from the attitude of the council in not dealing correctly with all of these incidents.
hope that you enjoy playing football at your level...
have a nice day
