hardly kev,sur aint i lucky to be getting a game where i am.sure youd need to be good enough to cross the water to play up in the green or crossagalla.:Dand as for limerick,there a complete class above again.:p

ya congrats to pike.always a great result for a club to beat an eircom league club especially one of the more stronger premier division clubs.who scored for pike?anybody got teams?was it a tgood game?anyone got a report?

Keith Hartnett and John Boyle I think, by all accounts a good game and Pike fully deserved the win. Away to Waterford next round i think

score was 2-1 corbett and hartnett scored also had a goal disallowed from pa barry for offside. bennis, corbett,enright,mcgarry,o'donavan,o'shea,hartnett, o'grady,barry,maloney,nabbs. smackers,mullins and borris on the bench.

Any match report on the Wembley v's Carew game from Yesterday.
good game carew were missing a few albert, koyce, mark sla, micheal thompson, paul goodman, and christy ward who was carrying an injury playing with limerick youths and only came on for last 20mins.
carew missed some very good chances mixture of bad finishing and some fantastic goalkeeping and were one down after 40secs mistake by the left full wembley guy took it brill... carew missed some good chances a few one on ones missed they fianly scored through a great header from christy ward both team pushed for the winner with some bad defending from carew allowed the cross in when it should of been cleared for an injury time winner for wembley
any fixtures for the weekend?

id agree with you faces.in fairness ye had little clearcut chances yesterday.seemed to be lacking a bit up front.why was tommy heff not playing?saw him on the sideline.was he injured?ye could ahve done with him

If Fairview were at home in this game then I'd fancy a draw, but seeing as though Pike are at home I'll go with Pike to win 3-1 (P : Maloney (2) & Barry) (F : Doyle)

I've watched both teams play this season and i have to say that both are looking very strong.Id have to go with a 1:1 draw.Think it would be a fair result but then again over the years there has been some crazy results in these games.

Should be a cracker in the morning . Cant see pike conceding many goals , and with a panel as strong as theirs its hard to see past a home win .

I dont vare it is another 10 years til we beat Pike if we add another few FAIs along the way.
Fairview are struggling tomorrow - not 1 fit center half.

Average game won about ten from time by Pa Moloney. The game couldve gone either, but Pike nicked it. The ref didnt help the game with some questionable decisions, but hey those are the breaks

pike were the better team early on, nabs missed a good chace just outside the 6 yard box. boyle scores after good work by hanrahan and then a blocked shot from hartnett falls to boyle.
fairview get a soft peno to make it one -one before half time.
Fairview had ther better of the second half until maloney gets on for pike. then pike have a few breakaway chances.
fairview hit the post after a pike mixup in defence.
should be pikes league now. much to the dissappoint of the majority of those who turn up to watch today.....
