They did beat corbally 3-1 the wkend gone and corbally beat wembley 3-1 the week before. Its a long season and think the relegation teams wont be decided till after christmas.
I would agree with you there, and i was suprised they beat corbaly 3-1.

the real deal

even though granville got a good win the weekend i think they'll have as much a fight as any of the bottom teams, wembley are def in the equation as well. i agree that boro will be ok but in my opinion i reckon it'll be carew and dromore that'll go down. carew seem to be going from bad to worse and really need to start turning it around. in saying that its early days yet for all the teams down there!!

again another guy on here that nos very little bout football carew ave as much chance gettin relegated as spurs ave

Did u watch carew against balla last week? i think not, carew are gonna be hard to beat now that they have their own field and there is no way they will get relagated no way.

Leeds United once said the same.

They need to start picking up the points asap.

Since when did having your own pitch keep a team up!!i've seen them a few times so far this year and their not fit enough, and they dont have the quality, hence the reason why i think they are going to have a tough time staying up!!

it dos;nt matter how good a field they have if they hav,nt the players to play on it.im not knocking them or anything its just that there are better teams than the likes of carew, corbally, kilmallock, granville and dromore in the league so these teams are going to struggle to stay up.look at the excelent set up of kilmallock and they are struggling.so its not the facilites its the players they have playing with them at the moment.

the relegation will hopefully sort itself out
the thing that needs to sorted now by the LDMC is that fact that carew have only played 4 league matches (probably not their fault) - this needs sorted quickly to avoid a farce at the end of the season

exactly because it will be a major farce to the other teams fighting relegation with what could go on between teams safe from relegation and no hope of winning league.

Def dont agree, as i said ive seen them a couple of times and they have a few experienced heads who were fantastic players in their day but time is startin to catch up on them, and the other players they have aren't good enough quality. The problem is that in their locality you have Pike, Boro, Hill Celtic and Southend, gonna be hard to attract players

I cant understand how they've only played 4 league games and your right if the LDMC dont ensure they catch up with the other sides its going to be a farce..they could be playing there final few games against other sides B teams..

I know someones going to have a pop at me for saying this but i will anyway because its my opinion, after playing wembley, carew and granville i think the poorest side was granville. We beat the first 2 and granville beat us but i still think they were poor. We were missing 4 probable starters and i was still shocked we didnt beat them. Now they may have been missing a few themselves i dont know .

the bottom 6 will find themselves in a relegation battle. Some games towards the end of last season were poor, teams missing players so points need to be got sooner rather than later.

That doesnt suprise me one bit, i agree completely;). I was shocked that they beat ye:eek:, they have no real quality stand-out players. They were played off the field by kilmallock, only for the bad mistakes by kilmallocks defence they would have easily lost by 2 or 3. A premier team shouldnt be losing 4-0 to a top team in the league never mind the likes of dromore, they are definitely my favourite to go down, but all the bottom 5 will struggle.

Ya, dromore can sometimes suprise teams. And it depends which kilmallock turns up and if their strikers perform. Are they home or away games?

It was 5-2 in pike, just to let you know and pike are one of the best in limerick if not the best, and we'll see come the end of the season whats what. Carew lost 4-2 to them. They have as much chance of going down as anyone else. Dont know where your gettin the notion that they're safe.

What, im just giving my opinion. Kilmallock and corbally are as bad as the rest of the bottom 5, im just giving my opinion on who i think is worst and could possibly be relegated. Not trying to offend people. And tbh i dont think there are any granville man on this website or im sure they would be defending their team.

Why should people from Corbally and Kilmallock be embarrassed. This site is about opinions, if Carew or Granville people have an opinion on the matter then let them speak up. Nobody is slating an individual or a club so get a grip!!

there is no one blowing up anyone if you read these properly.the main reason this topic has been talked about for so long is because people are involved with the lower clubs and it is interseting how the relegation battle is going on and beleive you me carew will be involed in it no matter what you or anyone else thinks.all the teams at the bottom as i stated already deserve to be where they are for 1 reason or another.also i would hate to see carew relegated as i played with them for a few years so im not being bioest in anyway.

Kilmallock have played well this year and all the talk about the relegation battle is worthy, but lets be honest..... Kilmallock have some seriously average players I have watched every match this season and from what i can gather they will struggle to stay up. I dont want to name names but the management of kilmallock will have to show vision to revive the team.

An opinion my friend is one thing, going over and over and over again about the same thing is what im talking about,if ye done ye'r talking on the pitch instead of on this forum ye wouldn't be rooted to the bottom of the league.the likes of wembley, crew, granvil and dromore are all in the same boat but no one is on here from their clubs givin it ninety about their sides,i didnt hear one crew player or supporter on here praising their side for knockin balla out of the fai!they just get on wit it,like they did last season when they were caught in a relegation fight, talkin too much off the pitch instead of on it,one bit of advice kilmalock 19,keep ye'r problems at the club in house, dont go spreading it across the town cos it,l do more harm than good!
Im sure plenty of people were praising Carew in the correct forum the FAI cup one... and for the record we are not rooted to the bottom of the table that would be Carew Park ... End of !!

Lets get a few things straight, the only reason ye are premier is because balla let ye beat them last season to stay up!fact! and another fact is that come may,you will be looking forward to another season in 1a,any good player that ever came out corabally left to join the boro!another fact.
