Heard from Shane Molly Hurley that Kilumney will be left play in the Premier a division next season, so by my calculations only 2 teams will be relegated from the Premier A, instead of the third bottom team having to face a relegation/promotion playoff against the winner of the 2 runners up in the first divisions , Knocknaheeny have their league won, Bohs are red hot favourites to win their league so it will be a decider between Crescent and Lakewood to see who makes up the premier a division next season.
No team will be relegated so in the premier as killumney are all ready gone and now Killeen !! I wonder will there be a shake up in the divisions next season with the likes of bohs, knocka , crescent and Lakewood been moved up as there all well able to compete with the premier sides !!

I heard Grattan couldnt field a team

Toepoke!
18/05/2016, 8:56 PM
That's a shocker if its true..totally unacceptable that the top junior league in cork has clubs (referring to kilumney) in it that can't field teams. I am not having a go at these teams, i dont know their circumstances, but it looks awful for the AUL.It's a poor reflection on the league. I think it cheapens the whole thing..

That game was played last week was a mistake on the fixture list this week I was told by Kilreen player. Also I agree about not fielding a team looks bad but it's not just aul kinsale gave Ringmahon seniors a walk over 2 weeks ago so all levels seem to be struggling!!
