Top 3 counts for nothing ... Only league positions that matter are 1st to be happy with a top 3 position is scandalous. You play to win. Like in the linane cup fellas will tell you that there using it as a pre season but that's total lies all teams will be looking to win that.
That's true about the mossy when it's being played you play to win it. Is that starting this weekend ?

That's a big step up for a 17/18 year old to play for a big team like them, also can't see Pa Long leaving the Glen especially to casement

I highly doubt Pa long will leave Glen ... Big move for the young wide man .could be a bit too soon tho but FairPlay to him Big loss to kilreen

Sean will do well with Avondale and if they are still playing 352 I think it will suit him. Young fit technical very good footballer. And under the guidance of Dave he'll do well

Should be a good league this year, but anyone hear Glenthorn are really struggling for players. No training and no preseason. Shame if the worst case senario were to happen after they had such a good season last year.

I've heard the same, the 2nd junior team may be pulled in order to keep the 1st team going. Will be a shame if it's true after the hard work put in over the last few years. Is it a matter of a few players going elsewhere or a fall out in the camp?
I've also heard of a bit of unrest up in pearse at the moment, lost a few big players to kilreen and don't think they've signed much.
What's going on out in killumney? Eoin back at the helm?

I would say second team will be pulled 1 for. I was informed that they had only 2 players signed up to last week. No doubt that has increased now. But have they enough to compete.

Judge gone back to Blarney Street. They're after Colm Forde also. Paulie and Derek stringing together a nice team down there by all accounts.
sean will do very well at Avondale, coached him when he was a kid and all he wants to do is play and win. His attitude is incredible, he never stops. He has the talent to match too, he will do fine. Sad to hear about Glenthorn if the stories are true, anyone know why this has happened?
Speaking with one of the Kilumney lads and he reckons they will be right in the mix also, naming names of who's gone back down there and sounds good - if it holds up. Anthony Harte is gone from Grattan also, up to Rockmount seniors. He is probably a bigger loss for them than Cans, he's the best - or was the best - winger in the AUL for me.

Gonna be very hard to keep that squad happy but it's a problem I'd like to have. 1for can even afford to lose a few now☺. All everyone seems to be talking about is grattan losing players it can't be that bad up there. The mossie will now give us all a look at how teams are shaping up at the least and then we can all make a few predictions on things. Roll on Saturday

We don't seem to agree much on this but in fairness you do put a savage squad together Paulie. I wish you and Derek the best of luck this season. In fairness ye appear very strong on paper so no pressure 😀 It's a pity Grattan and Glenthorn appear to have gone so downhill. Both teams fielded very strong teams last season and made the league exciting. Best of luck to all sides this season. I hope to get a good few games in again

Very odd of you just my opinion to be pulling praise 1fors way ? Arnt you a part of the anti paulie party ? They have a good side in fairness to them but from what I seen I'm giving killumney park & Kilreen the best of the 3. Blarney steet to finish mid table respectively with a cup or a good fai run .

Great squad ye have there Ok bud I'm with the street if it keeps ya happy but it's clearly obvious to the educated people on this forum who my club is. I'm starting to think your the one with blarney street since you constantly post any actions the club make. But like I said I'll let you play your sad game of guess who on your own. Bit sad to be honest. Go on away over to the senior forum and pretend you know what your talking about sure you probably seen & done it all in your day bud. Not interested in your little game
