And the rich club can ? whoever told ya that seen you coming ! :D

Where did I say Galway offered more? He was on a decent wage with us last year and wouldn't accept reduced terms. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he was on less than we offered him at Galway. Players seem to be loyal to Connor

Heard last night that were meant to be signing Greg O Halloran and Davin O Neill within the next day or two and also re-signing Graham Cummins (Who hasn't actually signed for Fingal apparently).

Find it a bit difficult to believe it myself as I'm pretty sure Cummins is gone but heard the rumor so i'll throw it up.

If it turns out to be true get down to your local bookies and stick your house on us getting promotion next season ha

Ciaran Martyn signs for Glens today. It wasn't that hefty weekly wage you offered him, Sligo. Honest.

His signature is incorrect - as Bohs have also won a European Trophy - the Acieries D'Angeleur back in the 1920s.

And they weren't even the first side from the British Isles to win a European Trophy - West Auckland Town hold that honour

Greg O' Halloran and Davin O'Neill would be excellent signings. It would be great if Cummins was to re - sign too.

Roumour is David Tyrell is on his way to Bray. Was with us a few years ago and Rovers signed him, went to Harps and another club who i can't remember.

On the coaching side of thinngs Paul Osam is gone from the club, i wouldn't be surprised to see Keith Long coming back in.

Is that the left winger? Think he was with Athlone last season for a while.

It's correct, Athlone (http://www.athlonetownfc.ie/index.php?page_id=709) last year, dunno why I thought he was at Fingal.

Not exactly the hardest working player in the world but capable of the odd good moment.

We orignally took him on loan from Shels and he was a massive hit with us, he was only starting his LOI career at the time and was out to make an impression. I remember him scoring 2 absolutely wonderful free kicks against Bohs towards the end of that season.

We then signed him permanent basis and didn't quite reproduce the same form but as you say still showed glimpses of real quality. Very nice bloke as well so looking forward to seeing him back at the club.

Just heard Franco Gorgescu is also training with us at the moment.

Jonathan Minnock could be on the way back to Harps, as well as Davitt Walsh and Matthew Crossan. Now, if we could get Minnock and McHugh both to sign, it would prove a good bit of work by James Gallagher.

That is a seriously good side Derry are putting together on a low budget, albeit a high budget for the 1st division.

We should be up there challenging with the squad we have ATM.

Interview with Sean Connor. Says he is interested in bringing both Thomas Heary and Chris Turner to Terryland. He says he has talked to the 2 of them. Also mentions Liam Burns but if Dundalk cant afford him I cant see how we can.

Alot of rumours on our forum of him being on €1,300 last year!
