its a big loss though oscar.are the lads that signed any good?who are they and how many new faces have signed?has alan barry put pen to paper or is he still undecided?

Shane Clarke,Bobby Cregg and Christy O'Neill...O'Hanlon also talking to a few others, they're 3 young lads, all about 19 and would of been part of the sucessful Wembley minor team from the last few years,Clarke has bags of potential and could go on to play at a higher level,Cregg was released by Limerick, kind of fella who would kick his mother to get the ball, has been very impressive in recent games,O'Neill is another fine player, very skillful with an eye for goal...Alan trained last night but up to then had not signed,so far 14-15 signed

Isn't that enough for you...An fai medal is surely worth 2-3 league medals??

So a team can win 3 Fai's and not do a stroke for the rest of the decade and still call themselves the most successful team the last 10 years?

You can't live on past glories for the next 1000 years in fairness.

Aye it was 3 in a row, So what about the other 5 years? "Most successful" I'd assume is a club that is winning on a continuous basis. When's last time the View have won a League?

When is the last Pike won an FAI??

Same question stands really for both the league and fai.

Since the question was most successful since 2000 it would have to be fairview for me anyway.

An FAI is a trophy at the end of the day,as much as Pike or any club would love one.Based on year in year out, Pike have been the team to capture something nearly every season since 2000. Last time the view won something was?

Hence the "Most successful" team would be Pike Rovers. Fairview have been successful no doubt, just not the "Most successful",theres no argument there in fairness regardless where your loyalties lie.

Martin O'Neill, He played a few seasons ago with Pike, quite successfully in his 1st season, then a bit of a slid.

And BrassBalls,Would you ever push on back to your L37 forums and stop trying to cause aggro here. Doubt you've even met the man(Moloney) in question. Another of these who's only too happy to sit behind his PC screen and cause trouble.

Nabs (Martin O Neill) is a player from Clare who was with Pike a few seasons back. A fantastic centre forward on his day, I believe he was capped whilst playing for Pike. It's great to see him back at the club, and I wish him all the best.

What has Brazier ever done? He scored a couple of goals for limerick u21s, he has a lot to prove this year. Moloney has proven hes a great junior player year in year out and pike are lucky to have him. p.s isnt Brazier living in the Boro? why doesent he play for them?

I know a lot of things about a lot of players and i know a lot of young players would find it hard to be number 1 striker at a big club like pike, just saying he has a lot to prove. As for Maloney if ye think his attitude stinks why did ye sign him?

there was a meeting a couple of years back when it was discussed should the player even been given a medal or be allowed to play for the club again after togging out for another team while pike had an important game going for the premier league you guess my opion on this. now name the last so called top centre forward to play for any club who done that and can be trusted??????

agree totally with this post.is he the young red haired lad around 21?thought he was with the boro afew years ago but didnt get much of a game ahead of moloney or alan barry if my memory serves me correctly.any match i remember watching them play he was warming the bench anyway.

Yeah thats him alright..He had a stint with summerville underage as well..Fine young player but i would say they are signing him withh pike as a back up for the lads up front and he aint a bad backup to have..Although he could do with a little more weight on him..Nabs is a cracking striker on his day to be honest and even though moloneys attitude isn;t the bet he is still a top class junior stricker.Pike will score plenty of goals with them this year i think. They wil be very hard to beat!! Just My opinion..
And Brassballs i have to agree with green hoops said about you sittin behind your pc hiding and making trouble on most threads. You seeem to know a lot about the Junior and Limerick scene..Just give us your opinion instead of all the troublesome comments.
