    Limerick Premier Division 2008/09

    well lads nearly new season again prob balla,pike,boro and maybe fairview to challenge again any thoughts on an outside team?

    i think myself that regional or fairview cuold be an outside bet for the league next year.either way i think it will be a big ask to topple pike if all the rumours of new signings are true.they seem to have an advantage over other teams regarding signing of players.

    balla could be the big losers next season there losing afew players from this years squad with no mention of anybody coming in.the new managers could have a tough job on their hands

    Heard Gary Ryan might be signing back with Balla too.

    I'll go for
    Pike to win the league next season with Dromore being relegated and one of Corbally, Summerville or Granville to go with them.
    I think Kilmallock will survive as they are very hard to beat out in their place...... and will beat the teams around them at home......

    id agree with you there abbeyvale.cant see granville or summerville attracting many players in the summer and you would never know what kinda squad corbally will have.they have new manager in place so it will be interesting to see there squad in preseason

    im going to go for pike to win the league,fairview to come 2nd and 3rd place between regional and aisling.the latter 2 have been improving steadily over the last year or 2.

    Who is the new Corbally manager. Glad they stayed up to be honest. Too good a club to be in 1A

    kilmallock have had a change of manager aswell with pa burns taking over and derek mccarty as coach a few players in the pipe line so i think we should be ok its hard to attract players out here in the sticks

    personally lads i think it will be pike and balla going at it again next year with boro in the thick of it aswell.i think fairview are a bit off it yet and not as close as people think

    Its between pike nd the view for me balla have one good year one bad so they'll need to sort that out aishling are 4 signings from being a team that'll be up there along with regional who'r in the same boat. From the stories comin from the boro they'll be mid-table. Its prob two from the two who came up to go down

    his our coach for the last two years and is still with L37 but if he left 37 i would hope he would sign

    Lads, i know this one hasnt even finished but can anyone give me a date as to when the new premier season will kick off?

    Also, for all the lads involved with prem clubs on here, when have/are teams going back pre season training?

    Need to get some training into me fast
