Would say you didnt walk the left side water was their ok, hadnt time to drain from the early morning showers. Normally the ground is playable all year round but downpowers early that morning were heavier than normal and when was the last time a ref was convinced to call a match off because of conditions, i went up to the Shannon Town game Mike Bourke was doing it conditions were diplorable and it not only ruined the game it also destroyed their pitch they should have F..... him into the river.:D

i take your point about throwing him into the river but there wasn't one of us who wasn't willing to play or want to play as we wanted the game over before christmas but your right the pitch is a write off now and it'll be about a month or more before it can played on....lucky we seem to have balla away next...

not sure about that, i remember we played park rgs, i was with hyde at the time and they beat us to get out of town in munster junior or fai, cant remember which comp it was, full sure it was an out of town game anyway, about 10-12 years ago, anyone from park on here who can confirm that?

by saying the "towns" he means shannon town, park were outta town a few years ago in the F.A.I., But he is right it is our first time getting out of town as a junior side.

you are right, park have been out of town loads of times , reaching the 1/4 final of the fai and the semi's of the MJ in the past,
all the best shannonman for the journey, hope ye don't get a limerick team

Yourselfs and wembly are looking good at the moment, but still a long way to go yet.

We were well beaten by summerville, we got a couple of injuries early on including our keeper and we just dont have a big enough squad to cope when we lose fellas. Hopin we'll have a few back after the xmas break. still cant see anyone running away with this division though so it should be interesting

Bruff to be honest were ok in patch's..Bad game of ball out there though..Very messy but we don't care we came away with the result..And yes one of there players did spit in one of our guys face..Thats just scum altogether....Ref didn't catch it but he said to me after the game had he seen it they person would be out of football for a long time..No need for that in football???? Also Old keeper are u going to update the 1a table with our result over bruff??

Cheers booster for ur support, were on a crest of a wave at the moment, great result for us last week, especially after beaten the view people mite have taught it was a fluke, but to beat castlebar it was great for the players and the club. Its nice to have a good run in fai, but the league is the main one for us, promotion is our main objective
