Would a win in 90 mins count towards our coefficient points even if rovers lose in extra time. Would it count as a win??

Awwwh greene. That was our chance. Fcukkkkk

Well done SRFC, whatever happens now, they have done very well. How did Greene not score there, that might haunt them now.

Excellent from Rovers - but they'l be tired in extra time.

Great performance so far, Bradser finally showing signs of maturing into a potentially good coach, Defensively over the last 6/7 weeks the hoops have become hard to beat, oh to have Trevor Clarke and Burkey out on that pitch.

Brian Gartland is playing tonight. I presume you will revert to type at the first opportunity.
I met him in the black door and told him about that mistake.
Good night rovers. Two great chances again a loi side asking for someone to score for them. They wouldn't miss that down in limerick!! Thats the most frustrating thing about it. They sat deep all game after scoring and couldnt take the chances they presented that junior league sides would be expecting to score

No. Same happened to Dundalk last year and City a few years ago.
Yeah. Same old story with Irish teams. Don't take the chance when it comes, and then concede a soft enough one. It's fine margins sometimes but that's what makes the difference, you have to be clinical at both ends. Of course they could still do it, but I'd say AIK are more likely to hit them on the break and get a second. That's usually the script with these things.

AIK goal won't make any difference IF Rovers can get one more - come on the away goals rule!
Jesus, that's got to hurt. Feel for the fans over there

Just got home, please let that AIK goal be in extra time!!

As soon as I saw the comments that Greene had missed a sitter at the death I just knew they'd concede shortly after.
Big chances don't come around too often in Europe. Come on rovers. Give it everything til the end.

That second for Dundalk was a cracker! What’s the record win for a league of Ireland team in Europe?
Duggie
19/07/2018, 7:19 PM
So we could have 3 wins in 90 mins and 2 teams goin out. Disappointing.

5-0 - Derry v Aberystwyth
Derry also won the first leg 4-0, which equalled the record at the time. Achieved a few times; Rovers 4-0 Fram; Dundalk 4- Fram; Bohs 5-1 Rhyl in 2008; Shels 4-0 Vetra; Sligo 4-0 Banga; Waterford 4-0 Hibs; Derry 5-1 Gretna

Jaysus, that's shocking defending there.
Also, turns out my futbol24 updates are about 30 seconds ahead of the stream, which is handy for not missing anything!

Mad game going on in the Faroes (a sentence which sums up everything brilliant about this time of the year!)
Runavik 3-3 Hibs at half-time. Runavik went 2-0 up inside 7 minutes; Hibs came back to equalise, Runavik scored again, and Hibs have just equalised again.
Unfortunately for Runavik, they lost the first leg 6-1, having been 5-0 down at half-time.

Has to be very disappointing if you're a Shamrock Rovers fan. Really should have won that. Aaron Greene will watch that chance over and over again.

Very disappointing for Rovers. Could have won 2 nil, but instead draw and go out. Aaron Greene ... what a miss
Poor finishing from has them out at the first attempt.
Gutting for them. 2 very Irish victories today, where you go home absolutely gutted. Hard luck Rovers and Derry fans.

Another leg that got away from an jrish side.
Ive no idea what rovers gameplan was. Were they thinking the young buck would save 5 penalties or something.
They had the ball in midfield 15 tk 20.times playing intricate passes, moving the ball and taking out an opposition player and then running into trouble, no wingers or full backs comjng up for the outsjthede pass. Bradley had no idea what he was at.

Bradley out, Paul O'Shea in. We need somebody in there with the experience at this level to beat teams with massive budgets.

Not sure about previous posters comment and i am not a Bradley fan the main difference between the team was they could alAwys create more chances in the final third because they have better players in that area, that Olsen guy that came on was some ball player/ Rovers need a decent striker they have not had one since the Twiglet.

Make another excuse to help you sleep easy tonight, and paint over the same old problems. They'll iron themselves out if you just ignore them.

4-4 now; Hibs take the lead for the first time, and are quickly pegged back. Still half an hour to go. You don't see many high-scoring draws; hope it ends 6-6 or something daft like that.

I hope they win. After taking a pasting in the 1st leg they could have rolled over in the 2nd but are having a right go. You got to love EL qualifying nights. You just have no idea what is going to happen in some of the matches.
