a few of the star players have been relegated on more than one occasion with a variety of teams, the fact of wether some of them are good enough for premier is definitly the question.
They have a few quality players eg Brian o doherty, docs the full back, nolly in goal, locky and possibly one or 2 more but them same players can't be expected to carry the team every week and against premier teams you need 11 good players every week.

We look forward to an all City team Prem league next season for ths first time in years.

Can anyone recall the last time there was an all City Prem League?

As far back as I remember you always had one of Charleville, Park, Shannon and this year Herbertstown as well Holycross (I think)going back a few tears, ect in the Prem, but not next season.........

I think the above games are correct, who's your money on????

Big game this Thursday night between Regional v Pike, with the losers surely out of contention for the league where as a draw should hand the title to the Boro (cant see Pike picking up maxmium pts from remaining 4 games after that)

would have to go with the boro too. should win there last 2 now that star are safe theres not much to play for and pike would have to do extremely well to win there remaining games but they are well capable of it so it should be tight.. cant see regional winning it

Watched Carew V A/A... could have been 10 all very entertaining but would give managers a heart attack..W.Hayes stood out...

is that the same wiilly hayes that played all is under age and youth football for janesboro .a class act he was hope he gets bak to his best could have easily made league of ireland a few years bak

Carew Pk v Corbally is off tomorrow night.

Only league game to go ahead tomorrow night is Regional v Pike.

I'm assuming all games in the Prem with no importance will now be called off for the remainder of the season with each team receiving a point from all cancelled games (as they've done in Div 1A) , and therefore making room for more important games such as Touhy & Lawson Cup games.

If this is the case then the only Prem games remaining to be played for this season are.

Boro v (H) Star & (?) Granville
Regional v (H) Pike & (A) Balla
Pike v (A) Balla, (A) Corbally, (H) Carew, (A) View (as well as (A) Regional above).
Balla v (H) Pike (H) Regional (?) ??

Why would he get a 3 match suspension ? If you get sent off you automatically get a 1 match ban for the following match ? It all depends on the seriousness of the sending off, and to be honest this does not deserve a 3 match ban. 1 match the most because of the straight red.

You would be very suprised how competitively you can source gear from the UK. The only draw back is the long lead time 4-6 weeks min.. that red gear you speak off, was purchased 3 seasons ago with a matching white set from Kitbag.com. Good value and defo better quality. as with the present Addidas gear, a player actually organised the purchase, after being ok'ed by the club paid the bill. Credit due to B.Culhane(Adidas) and R.Dalton (nike).

ProSport UK stock a wide variety of kit inc Nike, Adidas and Joma, however there are better deals to be had from Poland, they will make whatever style and colour kit inc printing for alot less than what you would pay for a kit in Ireland and England.

They would nearly do Summervilles kit for free - Haaaa
