Haha good one if you only knew Donal rang lookin for pearse players and our manager was busy so donall said he would ring back never rang back so what can we do ? So at the coachford game Donal was talkin to assistant manager about our players and said there was a mix up now there you go .simple communication mistake that's why there s no pearse players on it were not to bothered tho to be honest we're all behind the aul squad representing us

So at the coachford game Donal was talkin to assistant manager about our players and said there was a mix up now there you go .simple communication mistake that's why there s no pearse players on it were not to bothered tho to be honest we're all behind the aul squad representing usso the mix up in communication couldnt be sorted for one of the other nights the squad were meeting up .thats a good excuse .thanks for that one i needed a good laugh tonight;)

Look your petulance is childish don't be jealous of a premier team down in premier a ye could have 11 players in the aul squad but yer still only a premier a team. We honestly don't mind not having players on the squad we only talked about it last night after training saying we wish the aul all the best from pearse and that not having players on the squad might be a good thing for our team
And yes I did say I couldn't understand how we didn't have any one on the squad but when the squad was picked we got over it and drove on no time for sitting still hope all the players and staff do well tomorrow night

I'm sure pearse Celtic are part of the aul so it will affect me those lads are our reps for the year not just the teams supplying the players hope for a good showing now tonight from the lads

Ya legs, finished 2-2. Overall probably a fair result. AUL will be disappointed after going a goal up with 10 to play but it would have been very harsh on the forces. Thought they were the better side second half, missed a couple of absolute sitters and AUL took the lead against the run of play. Entertaining enough game, no bookings, bit more work to do but important not to lose the first one! On a lighter note, game held up a few times due to no ball! Aparantly AUL had 5 and Forces 2 and all were banished! Gonna cost the AUL big bucks!!

Keith played the best??? Are you nuts?? Anytime they attacked they got in his side and put a mountain of ball in his side, John was quiet enough but his finish was outstanding, the AUL were lucky as the defence forces had 2 or 3 of the worst misses I've ever seen in my life and that's no exaggeration the misses were that bad, suppose not to lose the first still gives them a chance so well done on that lads..

aul started 3-5-2 to my eyes anyway. first half was pretty even. aul got a good first goal great ball from mark nolan and a great finish from john..the equaliser was a poor goal to give away a corner and the guy from kanturk got across the front and headed home. turning point for me was eamonn going round the keeper and missing. goals change games and to go in with a lead at half time would have been a boost for the aul. defence forces were much the better side second half and should really have been out of sight. switch to 4-4-2 midway through the second half imagine thatll be the formation in the next game.. in the end a draw was probably a good result for the home team even with them going in front with 15 left. great cross for the equaliser but again poorly defended from an aul point.
