The 2-0 against scotland in hampden? Was that a B intl?

Or am I confused?
No, that was a full international. Thought the one in Scotland was under Staunton? I know the one in Dalymount was during his reign

According to Jack's big brother, Peterborough are in talks over a loan deal but a permanent transfer has been rejected outright.

No, I am. It was a 0-0 under Stan: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/internationals/6149066.stm

A certain Shane Long was kept on the bench by a certain Roy O'Donovan, who started along with his future Brunei DPMM team-mate Joe Gamble.

extended his loan deal at Notts County until the end of the season, despite interest from other clubs. Good move for him, imo

pity would have liked him to move to championship and been ready for chance next season in premiership

Nice finish, I think he is better off staying were he is , he seems to be doing well at County,
I'd let him build up his confidence there.

Yeah he's just getting into his stride. A bedding in period at a new club is the last thing he needs mid-season.

Defending by both sides in that clip was absolutely gash of the highest order.

Dont think Stan managed us away to scotland - think the the 2-0 win in hampden was Kerrs first game in charge?

Kilbane header if i remember correctly - not sure who scored the second......morrison?

Yeah, it was Morrison. Two early goals.

He seems to be another player in a sort of limbo like Wes and Shane Long, he may go back to Notts, they seem
to think that is a possibility.

"As it stands though, he has to go back to Aston Villa today and discuss what the future holds short term."

Follow up report on Grealish's loan move to Notts County, from the same guy who posted the first report about two months ago: http://www.myoldmansaid.com/jack-grealish-loan-report-latest-blossoming-notts-county/

thanks for sharing the follow up Tets. I don't know how others feel about the analysis but it reads to me, as did the other in retrospect, like reviews of Duff's early performances for Blackburn. The strengths are the same, the weaknesses too.

Other than that, he is a decent analyst and it is admirable that he isn't too proud to revise and publish his opinion but he has contradicted himself in that article in my opinion.

he was dropped for the league defeats to Wolves and Shrewsbury Town, but since almost single-handedly earning a point for Notts as a substitute in the latter fixture

but...

He is yet to provide that moment of brilliance to snatch a narrow victory or steal a point that has to be a central part of such a creative player’s armoury.

I don't think he's a good analyst at all. He's no Paul O'Shea that's for sure.

Awesome balance. His back appears perfectly straight at some stages during his dribbles. Very tidy finisher too.

Such raw potential and plenty time to build on it. So exciting.

think he will be very helpful to mcgeady as he will become the player fans at landsdowne get on the back of when every clever pass or dribble dosent come off. There will be plenty calling for andrews to be brought back to replace grealish cause you know andrews runs allot and has lots of shots, Happy days ahead aidan

Seem to get players off balance and waltz past them.

Kicked off the pitch according to someone on VillaTalk.

Such is the risk you take when you send one of your youngsters anywhere below The Championship on loan.

Definitely, now he is considered to be a bit useful he is likely to get kicked about a bit, in which case it might be better
if was playing at a higher level. Mind you I think they were playing the team at the foot of the table so probably won't
be a regular thing.

That man was Mayo native, Ronan Murray, who made a shock move to Notts County last summer despite netting just 1 in 14 for Plymouth in League 2 last season. He has already netted 4 this season in as many starts.

My sincere apologies to Mr Murray!! I didn't notice the Irish sounding name there and
I do normally check, but I was a bit pushed for time as the break in Celebrity Big Brother is not very long :D

There is another Irish lad who played, Alan Sheehan, who I should mention (or perhaps not!).
