I think you know nothing at all about the perception that the club has on football nor do you know the details of the appeals.

Ok then we would like to know from yourself who has all the knowledge, what justifies Balla appealing each of these points.

1. two accounts of violent conduct by Balla player one resulting in red card and second in match being abandoned
2. one account of violent conduct by another balla player reported by Referee which was communicated to Balla management
3. Lose of three points and
4. €100 fine for behaviour of (team & supporter who got removed) same as boro

Cause i was there as well watching and for the life of me as a soccer supporter cannot understand what grounds balla have in appealing any of these.

My assumption is the appeal goes in meaning two balla players can play FAI this weekend like Rio did with Man Utd v Man City game. When Game finishes i would say least one or two of these appeals will be dropped.

I don't think they would be the first club to appeal for that reason, they are 2 big playrs for them and to have them available for this weekend is a big plus,By appealling and losing will the ban increase?

do ye no get fed up of repeating the same stuff every week this happened i was at the same match it,s my second i seen that ref destroy i seen him my self in the bookies saying he would,nt restart the match till clark left the feild and was going to call it off over the boro sideline..imo from the way he was talkin he knew the first goal balla got was,nt over the line he could tell 3 people what would be the out come for dunphy 5 mts and he did and that was the 1first i heard of there keeper getting a red card dont even think he knew i did not see him close his fist and punch a fella 4 or 5 times as he said that was the tuesday of the report 1.40 on my break and as i left the car park at the ref,s changing room tom clarke was shouting abuse and pointing at his face calling the ref blind and swearing at him this was on no ref,s report and the ref was asking a balla man to stop clarke coming in the door. i think its time ye started to look at the more positive side of local soccer and instead of cutting one another down at least wish balla the best of luck in the fai tomorrow and get on with it.

The ban could increase, but if Balla withdrew their appeal straight after the FAI game, then I dont think the ban could increase.

Based on stats its the joint best attack in the Prem against the worst defence..............I hope for yer sake it isnt a hammering, so I hope ye have a regular keeper for Sunday.

2pm saturday carew park

limerick asked carew for a friendly and we were only delighted to agree to it since we are not playing this weekend. limerick very impressed with the carew park pitch and set up we will try or best to make a game of it we will give or all but we are also realistic :D

carew park 0 limerick 3

what a diff 30secs makes with the score 0-0 on the hour mark carew hit the inside of the post from skinner mcormack ball bounced out limerick went up the field from it and won a pen fittness told in the last 10 15mins i cannot recall gordon making 1 save in that hour which is very strange with the quality of limerick i really hope there is alot more to come from limerick.

i though carew gave a very good account of themselves carew made about 6 or 7 changes in the second half limerick about 5 id say a good sporting game great workout for carew
best of luck to limerick this season lets all hope we can get back to the premier league

No credit for how Mungret played???

Mungret were good, balla didnt have a shot on target for all of the match, although damien conway had a shot that was inches passed the post.
Mungret took the lead towards the end of the 1st half through george daffy from a freekick that was flicked on by keith mcnicholas and geotge finished froma few yards out. Balla had a good bit of pressure on at the start of the 2nd half but with nothing to show for it. Ian dunworth doubled mungret's lead with a mazy run and a speculative shot that the balla keeper helped into the net. Mungret had 2 or 3 more chances to add to their tally but not to be.
A deserved win for Mungret.
