just shows limerick are paying more than the boro.that will hurt the boro as he was scoring alot of goals.may aswell just leave the cup up in the pike club for another year not that the boro was going to win it anyway but without clarke they def will not.:D

shane is a great player, but no one man makes a team
you're dead right and as i said on another thread he is irreplacable, maybe the Boro will struggle for goals without him but maybe they won't,time will tell
and its not just Shane that has Boro top of the league and still in the FAI and MJC,there is a fine squad and a good manager who can take credit for that

stop trying to stir it the lad wants to step up to LOI and the best of luck to him, hope it works out for him:ball:

Not trying to stir anything...Its only a question...he has gone through half season with Boro and now decides to leave ...why not finish season and then join?? if they want him they will wait..
hope he does well in LOI but unfair to his current team mates.
totally neutral here so no hidden agenda..
maybe they wouldn't wait for him,and as for being unfair to his team mates, you'd swear he was the first player ever to get a transfer, the Boro was there before him and will be there after him

money talks lads are they are giving it out like sweets.
colbert the signing that might get them that fai IMO

wayne is a great lad, great attitude and infairness to the lad had two serious injuries that he bounced back from at a young age, people will always have an opinion on why players sign for different clubs, we have a great set up with two very good pitchs, starting new dressing rooms and with abit of luck in a year or so playing under lights, we have a great bunch of lads who always welcome new players in.

with stephen o flynn gone he'l be the main man pat scully will look to for goals, boro should still be strong with one or two more signings, surely another centre forward available to replace him in town that will score goals

how carew lost this one i dont know same old prob again carew just cant put the ball in the net couple of one on ones missed 3 or 4 other good chances missed. wembley scored in the 92min last kick of the game if you dont take your chances that will happen.

pike didn,t have to be at their best to win this one very comfortable really.nothing changes at balla, unfit, undisciplined, tacticially disorganised...didn,t understand dunphy up front,he should have been sentoff and ryan in midfield he struggles to run at centrehalf let alone put in midfield,at least 3 other players completely out of their depth.both barry and moloney excellent.dunphys goal btw a cracker.

Just like you wouldnt see Maloney, Barry or Enright throwin elbows off the ball at Daly or the likes. Dont they constantly do it off the ball to younger or smaller players? Maloney in particular.
for one c enright is a gentleman on and off the pitch i dont think you would get one player on this site past or present to say colm is a dirty player.two i have never seen pa or alan throw a elbow in anger as long as i have been watching them play, dont get me wrong they are not saints but they are not dirty players who go out to hurt anyone like dunphy.

Just looked like a team who didnt kick a ball since before xmas, defence was asleep for some of the 2nd half, Pike on the other hand seemed to have been tipping away over the festive period. Small Davey was as about as rusty as they got when he came on.
Whats the story with Wayne Cobert anyone know?

He'll be available to play after Pike's next game apparently, so I'd expect Pike to organise a game midweek, possibly in the Touhy so that he's available for the FAI.

i dont think PEPPA was going on about pikes character or there training work rate. rumour has it 3 or 4 clubs are making a complaint to the LDMC about this been a JUNIOR LEAGUE limerick fc would not cope on whats going on up there never mind junior clubs in town

Exactly Thomas 72, Im sure Balla also trained very hard over the Xmas and showed good commitment, My point is that the Balla team are real Balla clubmen who are associated with the club for many years and most since they were schoolboys, how many Pike players are ?? also heard the same rumour that clubs are writing to LDMC as its supposed to be an AMATEUR JUNIOR league but not in crosagalla

They only way to deal with them is to beat on the field. They can win as many leagues and Tuohy's as they like but the will not win an FAI. How much pressure will Connie feel then
