I actually didnt see his comment til now. Thing is I just didnt think he got the 'joke' I made. As unfunny as it was.
Very happy with the signings so far. Casso was leaving as far as I heard. His bro works in my place. Glad he's not. Roll on 2011.

Hiberation - now there's an idea

In my next life I want to be re-incarnated as a bear, who is allowed into LOI games during the season and once the Cup Final is over, finds a nice cave and hibernates til March. I think I'm half way there - many a morning after a match I wake up like a bear with a sore head

Our old friend the FAI Cup! There's always been a very good relationship between the two clubs and between their supporters alright so all trophies and fans will be more than welcome on the day/night whatever it is.

I was on the cup final train that day, we stopped in Longford for a few seconds and some guy in Town gear was on the platform holding up a sign saying "Good Luck Sligo Rovers from Longford Town FC" Everyone on the train went bananas cheering for him. A really nice gesture. I'll always look out for Longford after that.

that was our PRO in the longford town supporters club that did that! when I was being picked up by the sligo rovers supporters bus on the bypass I met up with him afterwards
and brought the sign to the cup final with me! I made an appearance at the start of the match in the sligo vocal end with it! I lost the sign in the end goodness knows where it is now!
