Is that an indoor facility?

No it's a full size grass pitch, newly re-laid last year and a fabulous surface.
Very good facility for Harps as it has 4 astro pitches, a full size grass pitch, indoor court, gym and meeting rooms plus a bar.

Yes. Apart from Gartland and o'Connor Mick has held onto everyone he wanted from what I'm hearing. We have also made some, in my opinion, good replacement signings but nothing is announced until registrations go through.

So he didnt want to hold onto your top scorer in Philly HUghes then? Bit strange that one!

Goal scoring ain't everything. Attitude counts for a lot.

Theres no need to tell us about his attitude, we had him at Oriel for two years and the second was a disaster!

I gave him benefit of doubt last season but now am hearing stuff am glad he is gone. Mick prob did still want him and would love his goal scoring to be replicated but since a large amount of them were penos, and he didn't touch Berminghams record, we will live without him.

Dundalk play local MDL side Muirhevnamor on Sunday 6th at Oriel Park. Was due to be played on their pitch but due to a massive demand for tickets it has had to be switched to Oriel. Its in conjunction with former Muirhevna player Mark Griffin been given a full time contract by us.

Where is that?

About half a mile from Finn Park.
When coming from Sligo, go past the usual turn off for Finn Park and over the Bridge towards Lifford, at the petrol station take a right and it's a few hundred yards down that road on the right.

Fair enough, but doesn't that men its Celtic's first team without the internationals? (Which these days is probably most of them in fairness)

Cuyahoga
27/01/2011, 1:55 PM
Yes it would, but they could still have a decent team, a large crowd attended the same fixture at the same time last year with not too many well known celtic players playing.

Tommy Bonner got Harps goal, almost seperate 11 in either Half frm Harps too with only 3 keeping their place.
Good run ot for both sides dust off the cob-webs.

I almost forgot how big McGuiness is and that German keeper is a bloody big lad too. Kirby's pass to the left mid in the lead up to Keane's goal was sublime, oozed quality.
Was that lad playing right mid for ye in the first half Gilmore from Salthill? Number 5 I think?

Looked pretty impressive at the back today. Could do a decent job at the back for us .
Took his headed goal very well .

Limerick are playing Limerick "A" on Saturday if that counts :p

This apparently finished Limerick 13(THIRTEEN) Limerick "A" 0.

So either our senior team are AMAZING or we could have some issues around squad depth! :)

If that was the score you'd think Scully would of told his first team to ease off around 6 or 7 nil......especially when its your own second string your playing! Talk about giving your youngsters a bit of confidence and giving them a walloping instead!
