as it appears Irish tickets will be in section 61 to 65 it would probably be a good idea for fans buying off german website to try to get tickets in sections at that end of ground, sections 66 to 70. at least we will have one end of ground mainly us and not have us split up all over the stadium

lads do you think they'll twig and then cancel all the tickets? Would be funny if 30,000 of us turned up and manage to outnumber them.

R u sorted yet?

Yeh I got 9 seats in a row towards the back at the stand where the irish fans are set to be placed. I couldnt pick them individually through the seating plan, didnt seem to work. I just went in through the front page and took whatever they gave me on that stand. Went in twice asking for 4, bought them, then again asking for 5 and they were luckily beside each other. I dont think there are that many left in decent seats but at least we got some. Also went for the 40 euro delivery service and they are posting them to belfast so heres hoping.
Is there many buying them this way? Or will be in with a load of germans, cant see the germans buying these yet when the world cup has only started???

The only thing that I know is that Im in the Unterturkheimer stand one row from the back as in row 52 seats 25-34 I think. There is no block given in the details? Suppose ill have to wait for the tickets to come out before I know that!! Although would any of you have an idea where that would be? The website for the ground gives no real indication except its at the very back!! Still at least Ill be there!!:D

I think im in 66E by the way of cancelling out what seats remain in row 52 in the ground for sale. There really isnt many left, is that a lot of irish buying them or is it the germans?

Lads does somebody have to be at home when DHL arrive to sign for the tickets and what do they do if you are not at home.

someone has to sign for them, give them a ring and im sure you can collect them from there depot or they will probably drop them off at your workplace

I had the same problem. If there's nobody there to sign for them they will leave a card with a phone number and a serial number for you to quote over the phone. I found them to be very helpful and there was no problem getting the package sent to a different address.

i think the charge is per allocation as opposed to per ticket so the more tickets u order the better. in ireland the charge booking fees per ticket! who cars tickets got...spare underpants packed......ready for action!!

sent the info on to a few of lads over in luxembourg - email has gone around the gaa club there - a lot of them will make the day trip down id say - only about 3 hours down to stuttgart from there.

looking at the stadium plan it seems as if most of the tickets are being snapped up at the irish end - still theres a good chance a lot of block bookers are hedging bets.

Reckon anyone who wants a ticket for this one will get one.

Am I missing something here?
Is there a huge Irish contingent living in Luxembourg?
Two of ye have mentioned about Irish traveling from Lux.
Wouldn't have thought there would be alot traveling from there.
Are they all working for the EU or something?

That happened me also the first time I tried ordering. Just like on ticketmaster here it happens when you spend too long purchasing the tickets. The time limit is probably something like 5 minutes before your chosen tickets are made available to the public again. Basically they don't want people spending an hour buying their tickets when someone else could have them.

The second time I was registered and all and flew through it. I even got the same tickets that were taken away originally.

Just looking at the stadium on TV. Wonder what the view will be like at the very back behind the goals. The stadium slopes gently and there a huge gap between the stands and the goals. Could make a very weird angle for viewing.

Forever Dreamin, I think we've at least taken up most of 66 anyway.

I was there with Celtic in 2003. You are a fair bit away from the ground due to the running track. The higher you are the better, I would imagine the lower the row the ****er the view. The atmosphere was electric that night.

Yeah, the ones at the back are €25 and the ones lower are €20. I'm high alright, but due to the gentle slope it looks like the highest seats stretch back even further. Ah, who gives a toss, I'll be there.;)
