Capacity 4, 400, average based on what % of 400 away fans turn up.
That the adjusted figure brings it below the Pat's average , is presumably the reason for asking that the adjusted lower stat be put on the record.
Not that any of this petty nonsense matters.If LOI was not a mostly urban working class sport we would have 2/3 stadia in Dublin with 8k capacity each.
If we had 50% of what is invested annually in the failing ' sport" of greyhound racing, we also might actually be producing functioning mid level Intenational players.

Sweet mother of jaysus that’s some pretty sensational insecurity there from yourself but believe it or not, I did not know what the Bohs average attendance this year was when amending that fixture which is why I asked, and no my question was not related to the figure bringing it below Pats average which you have mentioned. Good to see Bohs crowds have held up this year including during the bad form at the start of the season. When Dalymount is redeveloped to the higher capacity I expect Bohs to challenge rovers average attendances, let alone Pats'. Hope everything is ok at home DR

Must admit,when I saw the initial question raised,part of me did say to myself, cracking attempt at a wind up there grommet.
All in all it is a fair question to ask, as the landsdowne game was clearly an outlier.
There is a good product there for boez to build a strong LOI club who competes at league and europe level,but it surely hangs on ground development- as ageing Rovers fan ,I know this is never "over-the-line" untill your actually standing there watching your team run out in a shiny new structure.
For the sake of me actually getting to be able to watch a ***"in Rovers -boez match in dalymount in about 6 years I hope it gets done.

Be interesting to see what the away allocation will be. The demand for the Dublin clubs will still outweigh the supply if it’s just 10% of total capacity. I don’t know a huge amount about the access points and stand layouts though other than the concept sketches, so maybe access will be the deciding factor and for example it could be an entire stand behind a goal that has over 10% capacity. Either way, should be good visiting a ‘new’ LOI ground and I hope it gets done sooner rather than later, as with all club’s that have new stadium aspirations

I know that full houses are very much the exception there, but with capacity that low they really do need to work on expanding it. At least to 1,500-2,000.

Is there somewhere they could put a low-cost stepped terrace in?

Don't know what you're talking about lads!😂 I was very surprised. People there I hadn't seen in years which was great. Thought the weather would put plenty off. Good atmosphere too despite the easy defeat

You’d wonder if Kerry are drawn at in the semi final would the desire from Kerry FC/openness from the GAA be there to move it to Austin Stack Park?

If Kerry get a home draw I hope they keep it in Mounthawk Park. Big advantage to us playing there. Moving to a Gaa ground , unfamiliar pitch and you'd probably be outnumbered by away fans.
Plus if you got 6 or 7 thousand in the gate by time you cover ground rental and away team and fai cut you'd probably be out of pocket..
Still nice headache to have.

Strategic plan really should be to replace the existing stand and to get a proper one all the way along the side with proper dressing. Rooms and dugouts

St Brendans Park is the first ground on the left as you drive in. Dynamos is on the right and the Kdl is behind that.

Grass slope wouldnt be permitted. Definitely scope for them to throw a few concrete steps onto that slope and add a couple hundred to capacity.

Behind the goals town end Oriel is grass and it's allowed though
It's allowed in GAA ground too so surely they can get a certain amount on it

Back in the day we would have lads outside with clickers counting the people going in at Turnstiles as it was a normal thing to underdeclare the attendance and thus have less to share with the oposition0
I think with cashless ticketing for the most part these days it has become less needed.........also i think the admins are more honest these days in a strictly relative way.

Bit like stealing each others balls in the warm ups used to be a thing , i often find myself tut tuting watching our players pinging errant oposition balls back into the other half instead of quietly passing it to the kit man to slip into our ball bags.....
