Dundalk FC, the gift that keeps on giving.

You are the one trying to claim a title that Shels won.

St Pats have 8, in 2001/02 they were deducted 15 pts and finished 3rd. Shels finished top that season and played in the Champions League representing the league.

When Pats won the league in 2013 it was their first in 14 years.

3rd, our players got league winning medals.

Derry represented the league in the CL in 07 without winning the league

Hilarious stuff from Pats. Constantly moaning.

Page 99 of the following FAI documents lists the champions from that season as Shels.

Did you go through 99 pages of that just to find that part?

That's fantastic.

With the exception off the 1920's when we joined the league in 1926 we have won either the league or the fai cup. Other competitions in the loi don't really matter but to win either of those trophies minimum once a decade illustrates how much of a massive club we are.

Also for us to do this and we never dominated Irish football. At our most powerful in the late 70's and early 80's we were overshadowed by either hands Limerick, turleys athlone, Giles Rover's,

That is the glory of our beloved club.
I don't believe even Rover's can say that.

Things must be tough in inchicore when your pretending to win leagues

Rovers would be the same, a league or cup in every decade.

Hilarious last few posts because a Sligo fan didn't think Dundalk cold score twice against them.

Eight different clubs have won the league title since Dundalk last won it.

I'm sure you could have worked this out yourself though.

To be fair it was very funny, just proves you can't say anything on here without being shouted down, good entertainment though.

Except the noughties (unless Rovers are claiming the 01-2 league title too)

First Division winners 2006!

Doesn't count. if that was the case Bray Drogheda and UCD would be the most successful teams ever
