I heard from two friends of mine from Celbridge that we are signing a young striker who by all accounts is pretty decent and played against us last season in the cup game. He is 18 a striker and I think he may be their club captain. In any case Keith Harding is his name.

The club really should make some sort of official press release regarding the new signings, a lot of this is just up in the air. Have a press conference in longford, open to the public introducing the players will get the people back on side.

One other point that should be made, Callaghan possibly could have held trials in Longford, and maybe try and find someone from the polish or other ethnic communities, get some support from there!

some interesting names that are linked with us casey and crawford obviously were with us training last season so I would be familiar with them! casey would have played against us in the fai cup semi four years ago rem him alright!

Think they're in Flancare in the morning alright. 7 or 8 at least will be signing forms tomorrow by all accounts. The nucleus of a squad I guess. They seem to be going down a route of a good few relative unknowns from all over with good potential.
