Will this match be won on the pitch or will it end in a protest if Celtic win?

[QUOTE=Tipp Man 2]Adrian walsh is a good keeper but lacks the presence of a TOP class keeper.. he is too small and is prone to mistakes..just think back on the munster semi final last year against Clonmel town..
You obviously only watch one carrick game every five years!!

for "Mpondo" above looking for directions to the Porto-Killester game, its in Paddys Hill which is around the corner from the Portmarnock Sports & Leisure Centre.
Come out the gate of the P.S.L.C. carpark and turn right up 100 yards to the lights then turn left onto Onward Walk. Another 150 yards on take second left onto Limetree Avenue. 100 yards on left is a small wooden church, driveway up to Paddys Hill Complex is just past the church. Bring your amber & black scarf, Come on PORTO!!!!!! :D

i would be shocked if ul pull off a win in galway.
athenry were the one team i tipped as a good outside bet back in november !
if ul were to win, it would be totally against form as they are currently struggling in the lower reaches of the premier league while athenry are near the top in a strong galway league.
don't be surprised though if waterford crystal beat pike, as both teams are defensively orientated and it may even take penos to decide it !
my tips for last four are,
killester
crystal
clonmel
athenry

Athenry have to be favourites in that game however ULAA beat Galway Hibs from the same league in a earlier round?
I fancy waterford crystal against Pike even though I would like to see Pike go through, being from Limerick.

Carrick beat Crystal 3-0 in the MJC and a week later Pike knock Carrick out of the FAI in Carrick, and your making Crystal favourites!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Pike to win me's thinks

well just like to add spice
Manulla turned over Athenry in the Connaught Cup I would only consider them Mid table side. you would'nt make them fav to win Connaught Cup.
However UL are good Cup team and league standings dont count. its all on the day.
i have seen them play also in Ballyheane and they can play

Up the Hoops! best of luck
finished 0-0. Athenry won the shoot out 4-3.
Athenry keeper saved 2 - first 1 a good save, the second one was a bad peno.
Athenry missed peno hit cross bar.
By all accounts an uninspiring game - both teams had some chances.
Athenry don't score much, but don't concede much either - which always gives u a chance in a cup.
This is now the fatherest they have gone in the Junior cup. Lost in the quarters a few about 2 years ago to Ballynanty.
A good crowd at the game too - possibly the biggest ever for a soccer game in Athenry. This is doing a power of good for soccer in the area, and bringing people out to watch games that normally wouldn't.

All the Pike crowd very quiet today.Typical:) Thought they had nothing to do but to show up,Crystal did not get to the final last year for nothing.Pike just are not good enough to win an FAI.Lets be honest Crystal were not great and Pike blew there best chance of ever winning an FAI by being so arrogant with stupid comments around the town and even in the national press

being honest i had heard that pike were sprouting off about their chances to everyone.
ok they did beat decent teams in the mun and carrick and balla aswell but how many times have they beaten so called top teams and then fallen to teams they were expected to beat.
in recent times they have lost to clonmel, westport and now crystal when they had already enjoyed good wins and were so called favs to win it out.
i think all pike people will now have to accept that this present team is not good enough to challenge for an fai, their best effort being a quarter final which is pityfull really when you consider their aspirations !
see's it

lads i think ye are getting ahead of yourselfs Pike are not that far off it add a decent striker to that squad and it would make a huge difference.i know they were well beatin yesterday in the end but if pike scored first it could have being alot different.bad day yesterday for the limerick teams.all in all i think the standard of junior soccer is dropping at an alarming rate............

I would agree that if they had scored first (probably should have to be honest) they would have won but Pike just dont wanna play and only looked lively when maloney and Boyle came on and started to take Crystal on.I think Pa Mul might have picked the wrong team..Nabs doesent look half as good as he did in his first year and looks unfit and also I think this was Pikes best chance because they are an aging team especially there Back line..Conny droog hanrahan and Enright

Any word on a few possible retirements or replacements then in the Pike squad for next year? know its still early enough in the season but like Clownboy said maybe this year was indeed Pikes best chance

I really hope there is a terrific crowd in the Complex on Sunday for the Clonmel Town v Castlebar game. It will be the last big game that will be played in Clonmel this season and bearing in mind that Clonmel have won 27 on the trot it should be a super match. I've said this before though and been dissapointed by attendances. What does it take to get people off their arses on a Sunday when they would prefer to watch Peter Crouch make an arse of himself in Newcastle.

Following the results of the weekend, barring a major disaster, Killester's name is on the cup. I reckon it would be a Killester Utd V Clonmel Town final and the Dubs to sneak it 2-1 and that depends on the draw of course.

it has nothing to do with Pike i just think that the standard is dropping.look around at the top teams in town some of the players are very poor.alot of them are carrying 3 some even 4 players.

why do you say it will be the last big game? St Michaels are due to play Clonmel town in tipp cup 1/4 final if both win next games and also have to go there in the league..do you consider the domestic cups no longer to be big just cause your flying high in provincial and national...believe me you might be glad of them come May..and you have the cheek to call us arrogant....
