In fairness, he did a good job at Stockport and only left after they went into administration and needed to get rid of as many people as possible (and now they're looking at a second successive relegation).
Didn't know he'd left Motherwell though.
Edit - didn't know he'd been at Peterborough either! Three clubs in twelve months is impressive alright.
Pineapple, valid point about his time at Stockport. As an ex player too he seemed quite at home there. I do worry though that with the amount of clubs he has left quickly and controversially of late, that managerial opportunities will begin to disappear.

no, youre getting confused. The looping header was the manager at Ipswich last August.

Gary Dicker with his second goal in a week at the weekend. Brighton's run of 8 wins in a row was brought to an end though as they drew 2-2 at Rochdale. Dicker was in The Sun today denying that they were choking.
Brian Barry-Murphy came on for Rochdale.

Irish Abroad statistics for March 2011: http://irish-abroad.appspot.com/MonthlyStats?month=3
With so few club games in March, it only took 4 wins for Reading duo Ian Harte and Shane Long, along with Sean Dillon to top the wins table with four vitories
Coincidentally, Harte and Long also top the goalscoring charts, with three goals apiece, and Reading went on to win each game both players scored in
Conrad Logan, Kieran Westwood, Richard Keogh, David Elebert, Eddie Nolan, Michael Collins, Richie Foran and Adam Rooney all finished March with 3 losses
Logan and Dillon also started and completed the most games, both players completing 90 minutes for their clubs six times
Strikers Noel Hunt and Adam Rooney were substituted the most in March, both withdrawn three times
Midfielders Martin Devaney and Mark Yeates, along with striker Andy Keogh were the most introduced players in March, all three came off the bench three times
Rene Gilmartin and Roy O'Donovan remained on the bench more than any other players this season, riding the pine five times in March
Andy O'Brien, Paul McShane, Ciaran Clark and Shane Long were all shown the yellow card twice in the third month

A couple of Reading youngsters David Murphy (striker) and Carl McHugh (defender) are on loan the Swindon Supermarine and seem to be doing alright there...they've scored four of Supermarine's five goals since March 19th (which is when McHugh joined, Murphy joined not long after).
John Flanagan starts for Liverpool tonight at RB against Citeh. Anyone know of any affiliation to a national side? Very irish name obviously...
John is a tough-tackling right-back who hails from Liverpool. He is known for his aerial ability and composure on the ball and made a huge impression during his first campaign with the U18s. The teen full-back has since featured for the reserves on a number of occasions and played his part in the second-string's double Senior Cup success of 2010.

Patrick Kohlmann played the full game for Union Berlin against FSV Frankfurt, Union won 2-0. He's played in the last 8 games for Union and they are undefeated in all of those. 23 appearences this season and 1 goal for the 28 year old ex-Dortmund defender. I think he could be worth a shout given he's fairly adept on either flank.
goal for Sean Scannell tonight for Palace.
Sean Scannell fires in a goal from outside the box low into the middle of the goal. Leicester 0-1 Crystal Palace.

Micxhael Quirke, Jeff Kendrick, Sean Murray, Ronan Murray, Kieron Cadogan and David McAllister - some of our young players who got a run at the weekend. Does anyone know if Drury at Ipswich has any Irish blood? Chambers and Gerrard also scored. Unfortunately with Scunthorpe and Sheffield Utd going down quite a number of Irish players will be playing at a lower level!

Irish Abroad stats for April 2011: http://irish-abroad.appspot.com/MonthlyStats?month=4
Reading's Ian Harte and Shane Long continued their winning streak from March topping the wins table, with Stephen McPhail, with 5 wins
Harte and Long also started the most games in April, along with Preston's Keith Treacy, lining out in the starting XI 8 times
As well as this, Long topped the goalscoring charts in April, scoring 3 times along with Jonathan Walters
To cap an impressive month for Long, Reading won both games that he scored in, an honour shared with Harte, David Norris and Anthony Stokes
Impressively, Harte and Long completed 90 minutes in each game, while Treacy's 4 substitutions made him the most substituted player in the fourth month of 2011
Joe Murphy, Alan Maybury, Michael Doyle, Stephen Quinn and Treacy all reflected their respective team's poor form by finishing April top of the losses league. Each player finished on the losing side 4 times
Stephen Elliott topped the draws table with 5 games finishing all square
Jon Daly, Willo Flood (making his comeback from injury) and Jeff Hendrick (making his debut for Derby) all came off the bench 3 times to top the introductions table
Michael Quirke, Shane Duffy and Gary Deegan remained on the subs bench more times than any other players in April
