Well the nation seems to prefer glamour friendlies too. The 1200 extra tickets sold out in roughly an hour yesterday morning.

Still haven't seen too many sold out reports of the "big" CL qualifiers yet.
Glad you said the nation (the same one that gave us fianna fail /green govt, Cartholic church and Killinaskully). This forum is for football fans and nobody of that persuasion would place any friendly over a Champions League qualifier. thats why you wont see many of your "capacity crowd" back again after madrid go home.

What FF, religion and tv programmes have to do with it is a mystery.

Nevertheless, we're used to sell outs this season. With Tallaght having one of the highest populations in Dublin, we can expect some more. Even Sky Sports are queueing up to see us.

Who's queueing up to watch your "glamour" friendly against Barcelona B?? :D :D

In fairness, it's hard to tell which part of Dublin is in the greatest drug-induced stuper these days.

That crazy-eyed look is just universal down there...

FFS what is a Real Madrid fan doing on this forum ? Not even Hoops could be delusional enough to believe this crowd is going to see a part time mid table LOI outfit :D

They're not really playing in Europe; they are playing a friendly against a big team. Sky got the rights, no need to get upset.
